Este es uno de los locales mas concurridos los fines de semana, es un ambiente muy amplio con varios ambientes lo que permite que se puedan realizar reuniones familiares y de trabajo.Su carta es muy completa, pollos a la brasa, parrillas, comida regional y mariscos, aprecios bastante comodos y lo mejor es que son servidos en porciones muy generosas.Los fines de semana ofrecen música en vivo en la parte interior del local.

For less than $10.00 U.S. four people can eat chicken that is cooked on a charcoal fire. We loved to go here on weekends. The salad is safe to eat if you are acclimated. We loved it with Inca cola, the national drink. For some reason this soda complements the chicken spices.

Looks the part but stresses me out when they cut corners. They had a hotdog machine which never had any hot dogs in it. When it did have sausages the staff couldn't sell them because they didn't know the price!!!! They now have a slush machine which is always empty. The boss walks around the restaurant looking stressed all day which is always good entertainment.

Jano's makes a great burger. It was the best burger find I made on my last trip. Of course there are sandwiches of pork, sausage, and cheese on all or none. More than one Jano's but all seem to be well trained because the sandwiches were outstanding. Will look for a local Jano's next time I am in Trujillo.

This is one of Trujilloâs many chicken restaurants. The chicken kebabs and mixed salads were excellent. The steak - not so much. The service was friendly and efficient in this busy but welcoming restaurant.

I have been to La Casera many times, and every time I am happy with my experience. Their sandwiches are very good, and the customer service is fantastic, they make you feel welcome and really give off the feeling that they want to make you happy. Their hamburger is a triumph, an impressive mixture of very good quality meat, almost chutney-like onions and a cheese that really makes the dish sparkle, topped off with crispy lettuce and sweet tomatoes. Not only that, but the other dishes on the menu are excellent too.However, they might need to mention that one of their sauces is made with meat, a very nice ossobucco sauce, but one of our group was vegetarian and only after I had told her it was meat-based did she stop eating it. The only problem I had last time I went was after ordering chicken wings, they arrived at the table stone cold, direct from the fridge. I understand that sometimes, you can't cook food to order, but something that you must do is serve food that will not make the customer ill. After mentioning the problem, they exchanged the bowl of wings for a hot one, but something like this shouldn't ever happen in the first place, maybe a case of too few cooks spoil the wings.

Service is good! Which is not common in Peru. I've returned three times during my visit to Trujillo. Coffee is great!Atmosphere and location is great!Staff is friendly!They usually play good music (no reggaton) Hamburgers are fantastic. Good place to chill and computer.
