Beautiful setting with sea view. Good service good food. The menu shows with photo, it gives an idea of how it looks like. I have an American breakfast, and my partner had an omelet. The plates come with a basket bread. Not exaggeratedly expensive despite to a location. There's a staircase down the cave, but this is only reachable by low tide. Inform the staff when is the best time to visit the cave, they knew exactly when is low tide.
La Bocana has an amazing view of El Tunco beach from the 2nd storey dining area. The food, service, atmosphere, etc were all pretty average though. My wife and I ordered hamburgers and the kids ordered a spaghetti bolognese to share. The hamburgers were so-so and the kids were happy with the spaghetti. The spaghetti was huge and way more than the kids needed. The server took our drink and meal orders together, brought our meals and we never saw him again until we tracked him down to pay. We got what we wanted, a meal with a view. What we didnât get was anything else that couldâve made the meal special in any way.

Playa El Tunco has a variety of places to eat especially if you are on a budget. I was accommodated by the Roca Sunzal Resort and I decided to eat at the restaurant despite it wasn't inexpensive for Salvadorean standards. I was totally impressed with the food, cocktails, and environment that I ate here everyday during my weekend at El Tunco. My favorite cocktail was the Sangria Cocktail hands down. My favorite plate was the Lobster Rellena. This view and being right on beach where I was entertained by cumbia musicians at $5 a song made this the best food and restaurant in El Tunco. I look forward to my next visit. It actually was the best restaurant experience I had in El Salvador period. Happy Travels!!!!
live music on weekends, trendy place at the beach. Yous should make a reservation otherwise you would have to be at the bar or standing. They charge you a cover of $10 to get in and would not cover any of your drinks. If you are staying at Boca Olas Resort you can get in free.

The service was prompt and friendly, the prices were reasonable (at least for a tourist - I am sure they are high by El Salvador local standards), and the seafood was fresh and prepared very nicely. My wife had the mixed seafood ceviche and I had the grilled shrimp. Both were delicious, and the portions were generous without being grotesque. The Salvadoran beer is fairly light, but it goes well with sun and sea. The strolling mariachi band seemed talented, though I am certainly no expert in that type of music. Pretty overt security presence; seemed like the place is frequented by tourists and well off local residents. Not a place to mix and mingle with the common man, which is either a plus or a minus depending on the experience you are seeking.

Absolutely no vegetarian options. Also, despite only three tables on the entire level of the restaurant being occupied and one of them smoking, we were told that we could not smoke at out table. My meat-eating friend found the food bland and over-priced as well.

Delicious calamari and chips cooked perfectly and prawn tacos were sensational.. had this delicious sauce and actual proper coleslaw on them. So yummy!! Enjoyed the juices too. And to top it off - amazing service from the owner. Also, if you are hungover it's exactly what you are looking for.

After driving by this brewery multiple times-finally decided to stop and eat with my daughter and husband. As it was a weekday, and early it was very mellow-had a flight of their delicious beers-and we all had tacos and fish! Everything was yummy and not too pricey! We enjoyed so much we went back a second time. The spit is perched above the ocean and boasts a rock pool with a giant sculptured hand holding a cerveza! I can see that this spot must be crazy later at night and on weekends!

Somos un restaurante que ha sido concebido para cumplir con las más altas normas de comodidad, servicio, seguridad y privacidad para nuestros clientes.
We were there at about 7:30pm with the surreal experience of being the only customers in the restaurant until another party came in about 10 minutes after we sat down. So, service was pretty good. The calamari was quite good, maybe in the upper reaches of calamari I've had before. The grilled (seabass) fillet was perfectly cooked as was my companion's whole fried fish. There were some other things on the menu that looked interesting, and there are several posts here that speak well of the pizza, so we'll go back and give some of the other dishes a try. I think we'll also go back during daylight ... the views looked like they are phenomenal.

We had a group of 18 traveling together from the US. Betoâs was able to seat us promptly at a table with a great view of the Pacific.Serving a lunch to a large group is never easy, but Betos did a great job. Everyone in our group loved their food. In our group about 1/3 ordered a steak 1/3 ordered seafood and 1/3 ordered a pasta dish. A couple of the teenagers ordered pizza. Everyone was quite pleased with their meal. Betoâs house beer, Betoâs Oscuro, was an interesting beer. It had a sweeter taste than you would expect for a dark beer. I suggest you order it.
