We dined with friends at Osh Ordo last August when we were in Osh. The service was good, the food was quite nice, pricing was affordable but the real treat was the view! The rooftop terrace (a bit hot when we were there) afforded some spectacular views of the surrounding city and mountains which was awesome.
What to do and see in Osh, Kyrgyzstan: The Best Places and Tips
Stopped in for pizza which was in fact very nice. This is an alcohol and smoke free establishment which is nice for a change, but may not be what everyone is looking for. Service was a bit aloof and awkward, but at least rather brisk, English is lacking so have a translator handy. The interior of the restaurant was very clean and prices were reasonable. For two people, the pizza was a bit small, probably best to order a starter or salad if planning on sharing a main dish. Overall, I would definitely return, the sushi looks a little scary, but it might be worth a try.

Very nice place in the center of the city with smoking and non smoking rooms; english speaking and frendly stuff; wi-fi conference hall good coffee, good music, good food
the only positive of this place was the air-conditioning. The rest, music, waitress, food ... was really not the best. Sandwich made from old bread, borsch wasn't tasty as we know it and the "salad"...fail.Serving the food in mixed order was funny too. I am sure there are better places where to eat in Osh.
Surprisingly enough, there is good food in Osh. Ate here one night and it was good food and great service. Beer was good and the selection on the menu was also good.
Where to eat Russian food in Osh: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Small hidden cafe, best found with Google Maps as mentioned in other review. The pizza I had was the real deal with no dill or other strange ingredients. Too bad the heat wave in the city had killed my appetite so coming here for lunch wasn't the best of choices. Some of the staff was sleeping in one of the tables, also tired of the hot weather. The chicken in my pizza had some funky bits which wasn't expected. My fiance had Greek salad which was fresh and good size portion. I just don't understand why most places in Osh don't have real feta cheese in the Greek salad but instead something soft and non-crumbly. This is not the only place doing this even though the menu might say feta cheese.
We came in the afternoon, so it wasn't that busy. The food was excellent, served quickly and hot. Cheese burger was very good. Lasagna was tasty, but could have been hotter. Pizza was also good. Deserts were also delicious, especially the apple strudel. Really good value for money.
