Definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed in Kyiv. Extremely clean rooms, large bed, full set of kitchen devices, large bath room and a balcony. We had a quiet room on the 3th floor, with a courtyard view, out of street noise. There are some parking lots inside, you can ask the staff to book a place there for free, so you don't need to keep your car on the street. Near the place there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and sightseeing destinations. The girls at the reception were so kind that they even helped us organize tour arond the Kyiv. It's an awesome cozy place to stay, I highly recommend it.

I actually chose the hotel due to cheap price and because it’s close to Zhulyany Airport!!! But surprise... clean and spacious rooms, pool and sauna, delicious food in restaurant!!! I was amazed! Little mistake was done by receptionist though, as I checked out early morning before BF was served she did offer me, that hotel may pack me little take away breakfast... there was none in the morning!!! Still it doesn’t affect my opinion... I think hotel is worth 11 points out of 10!!! When in Kiev definitely will return!!!

We stayed here during our last night in Kiev after some terrible hotels, so Hermitage was like an oasis! The room decor is a bit overdone, but they’re clean and quite spacious. The shower head/water pressure was amazing and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ok and served in the room (there’s no restaurant on the premises), but that didn’t bother us :) staff is very friendly and always answered our questions (via booking.com) quickly. The location is great, close to the train station and lots of restaurants and cafes. Good value for money too.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 3. We picked a one bedroom apartment, which had a large living room with small kitchen area and sofa bed, a private bathroom and a separate bedroom. The good points: great central location, pleasant (non-English speaking) staff and hot powerful shower. However, it was really difficult to find. There is absolutely no sign outside the building, and the staff didn’t respond to the buzzer. We had to tail-gate someone who happened to be buzzing into the building. Once inside the building there is a small sign on the 3rd floor, which I found AFTER we walked into a private office in the same building with our suitcases. It’s on the 4th floor and the lift wasn’t working. My husband is disabled and struggled with the many flights of stairs several times a day. The mattress was dreadful - really old and you could feel every spring digging into your body. The pillows were heavy, like sand bags, and felt grubby. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would have given it 3 stars though, if it had a decent mattress and a sign outside the building.

Really close to the Olimpiiska. As I spent only one night there, only the fact that the room was clean and quiet, and bathroom had all toiletries was more that enough for me. the night receptionist was really nice person, he walked me to my room. but the lady who greeted us in the morning wasn't exactly the person you would like to see first thing after waking up :) she could work on her attitude.

If you have a dark skin, avoid at all cost! Some examples: When I walked in the main building and the garden to go out, while going to the opposite direction the staff suddenly kept on following me "discreetly", and feeling they followed me, I asked what they wanted and they just pretended to look elsewhere. When I checked out, the staff went to check my room before "letting me go", as if I was going to steal their cheap bed sheet and 1£ towels... For the record I was often sitting at the balcony when guests checked out, not a single time anyone went to the building quick after, so clearly they did that only to me! I stay on average 1 week/month in Kiev, and travelling extensively to other destinations, I have never been treated that way anywhere else. They lost an opportunity for a regular guest. By taxi it's no less than 1/2 hour to the centre (unless you travel in the early morning or late at night), and there is strictly nothing to do around. The room was constantly smelling funny despite opening the windows constantly, mainly music channels were available on tv and no international channel.

I had a very warm welcome to the hotel and although the staff members did not speak English everything was arranged for me including giving me coupons for breakfast and a wifi code and were able to explain where everything was located. I had problems with the key when accessing the room so the staff members arranged for me to move to another room and this was arranged very quickly and without any fuss. The new room was bright and fairly spacious, the facilities in the room were excellent for the price paid including a comfortable bed with plump pillows and TV with a good range of domestic channels, also there was a good amount of storage space. The radiators in the room were not powerful enough to cope with the freezing temperatures so a portable heater was brought in for me without me having to ask. The bathroom was fine but the water was only ever luke warm but it was manageable. Breakfast was included which was very good and I was given the option of Ukrainian or English breakfast, I chose the Ukrainian breakfast which was filling and came with a side portion of bread, coffee was extra at 20 UAH, I was also given a complimentary pot of English tea. I also had my evening meal in the Georgian restaurant where a menu was available in English, the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a five minute walk to the nearest tram stop for trams 12 and 19 to Kontraktova Ploshcha, the journey takes 25 minutes and costs 8 UAH, tickets can be bought from the driver. Although the hotel is a fair way from the city the staff members went above and beyond to make my stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible so the location became a minor inconvenience. I want to stay again because of the excellent experience I had.

Central Park Koncha Zaspa - a country complex, is conveniently located in the resort zone of Koncha Zaspa, just 20 minutes from the center of Kiev, 7 km from the base of FC Dynamo. The complex is presented on 1,5 hectares of park territory, here up to 1000 people can stay at the same time - and everyone will be comfortable and free. The place is perfect for recreation - a closed area, around a pine forest, the eye pleases the amazing landscape, clean air. At your service - a hotel with stylish elegant rooms, a restaurant with a banquet hall for 200 people, which is suitable for large celebrations, 2 summer terraces, comfortable, gazebo pergolas over the bay, and in various picturesque corners of the complex, they are comfortable as for large companies of friends and for two. All this creates an atmosphere of calm, contentment and security.
I called ahead a time to make sure I could bring my 20kg service dog. They said sure no problem. When I arrived the manager (young man) on site was very rude and aggressive. This was on a Tuesday afternoon at 2pm and the place was empty. He wouldn't allow us to sit in the large eating cabanas behind the pool and only offered to sit in a cabana completely isolated from the rest of the establishment. He did not care that the dog would be leashed to the table and completely away from the pool area. We drove 30 minutes from Kiev to come because they explicitly stated they allowed dogs, only to have to leave and waste our time and taxi money.
