We met for lunch and the menu is mainly burgers. Our waitron was very attentive and informed explaining the menu and options in some detail being very helpful. He was great. We all opted for burgers of different choices and were very pleasantly surprised. They were nicely presented and interesting but the chunky french fries were disappointing.Good cappuccinos rounded off the meal.

Booked a table for 5 and were shown to an 8 seater square table - impossible to hold a conversation, so just added a chair to a 4 seater table. And this was just the start of a very disappointing evening.Menu has been changed and is very confusing - normally with a main meal choice is offered of one starch (rice, chips or potato) and a choice of veggies or salad. But not at this establishment. Two starches offered together or a salad or a veg. If opt for just one of the starches and ask for the veg instead of the other starch we were told this would be charged extra.Well of five different orders where none had an "extra" - where our one guest just asked for chips and no rice, she got that - the fish dish with veg was a pitiful slop of boiled creamed spinach and equally unappetizing looking butternut. Wehre another opted for just veg, veg and chips were given, and where one opted for just a salad, chips were also added. Thankfully there was no extra charge - but very very confusing, and definitely NOT THE NORM.Two starters were ordered and were acceptable. The one main of calamari steak with chips - I have never seen such a miserable piece of calamari. And it was so overcooked if dropped on the floor it would have bounced back up onto the table. This went straight back to the kitchen and no substitute was ordered.A combo prawns and steak, steak ordered medium rare came well done, but being hungry and not prepared to wait was accepted - regrettably - as the sauce was so salty that it was not a pleasure to eat.A cola tonic and lemonade ordered was flat ! the lemonade already poured into the drink and when questioned was told it came out the machine that way. A lime and lemonade later in the evening by another member of our party on assurance of a gas refill on machine, came just as flat -Desserts were ordered, and although nothing exceptional - were fair priced and were the only saving grace on an otherwise very embarrassing evening. With the proliferation of eating establishments in the upper Highway area, this establishment will certainly not be visited again by our group, especially when we have foreign visitors with us.

We are your a Casual Steakhouse. Our 100% pure beef patties are smashed and sizzled on the grill top, caramelised and complemented with nearly 20 different toppings of your choice. Our grilled chicken burgers are succulent fillets smothered in our house s
We were invited to supper with a friend, place is super for large groups and people with children but definitely not for a romantic meal. The music was pretty loud and the restaurant echos with peoples voices so the whole place becomes very noisy and you cant actually talk to one another you have to shout.

A friend and I had dinner there last night and wow its was excellent! The Beira Chicken and Calamari was delicious - highly recommended if you have a hunger than needs to be sorted. The food was ready in under 10 minutes which was surprising as it was relatively busy. The waitress that served us was attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere but just know that there will be a large table ordering copious rounds of shooters - its just a given. Definitely will go back again.

Normally this was a good night out at a fair price and a good meal for a pub but suddenly prices went up but you got less and poor food. The secret is tell your customers things got expensive and if you want a good meal it will cost you this price but if you are satisfied with less this is the price. My view is I won't go back.

There is nothing fancy about this off the beaten track restaurant â good wholesome food â generous servings especially the Eisbien â reasonable prices and friendly service â if you are hungry this is the place to go - sort of cosy pub for afterwork sundowners.
Small menu. Prepared to order. Excellent quality. Great service. Very tranquil setting. Completely removed from the car park and road, so no vehicle noise. Situated in a small, well stocked nursery. The two guys that run cafe and nursery are experienced and knowledgeable and can advise on suitable plants for every type of garden. Restaurant is small with indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of shade.Very relaxed with no pressure to leave.Have visited on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. Will continue to visit frequently.
We went to experience the curry buffet. It was good. Busy so obviously popular and what a nice variety. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We spent the Sunday afternoon on the Stokers station Platform, relaxing in the sun, listening to the Bulawayo band playing great music .The Prego steak rolls were the best ,with ice cold Draft beer. Finishing off with great service .Keep it up!
