Good wholesome food, don't go crazy with starters as the portions are generous. All that we tried was tasty but my personal favourite was the beef goulash. If you are feeling brave and full after you have eaten go for a sliwowica (70% alcohol) as a digestif. That will soon sort you out!

We were celebrating my husbands birthday and popped in here for dinner. Amazing food at amazing prices. I had the Chicken Breast, cream sauce with chanterelles, dumplings with spinach and salad bouquet. My husband chose Chicken de volaille with fries and salad. Delicious. It was a lovely evening and we had a table next to the river. It was just perfect.Thank you very much for your opinion and we invite you again.

We went to this restaurant after seeing the reviews. It was absolutely packed with local people, the food was very different and all pancake based. Overall we enjoyed it.Not all the staff spoke English but a couple did and very well too, but to be fair we canât speak Polish either. Would definitely go again.

Weranda is located in the center of Bydgoszcz. High windows provide a view of the Kazimierza Wielkiego Park and a historic, beautifully restored Deluge Fountain. Restaurant menu is inspired by Polish tradition and european present. Our menu originates fro

New, modern two-level restaurant, located in the best culinary zone in the city centre. Good menu, extensive wine list, acceptable prices and nice service. The sea-bass and beef cheeks appeared really tasty and good cooked. The decor inside however, seems to be too austere. Maybe it is the reason, the restaurant isât so busy, as it should be.

It's my favourite place for "everyday meal". They got delicious food and their prices are very reasonable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Only issue is finding free table if you didn't booked in advance, but it's something you should expect for such place anyway.

On a visit to Bydgoszcz we came across this small restaurant. We have no reservation but manage to get the last table. They have no set menu. We had a choice from 4 options for each coarse. We were sat next to the kitchen which was open to see. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious. We had a wild boar soup and i have pork neck. The red wine we had with the meal was superb. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

This restaurant was within walking distance of our apartment so we took a chance. The restaurant was very good. The menu had choices for everyone, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant shares a building with a tapas restaurant, which also looked quite good. Weâd return if we were in Bydgoszcz again.

Meluzyna is one of the best restaurants in Bydgoszcz serving Polish and European cuisine. It is also possible catering and renting a room for a party.
Meluzyna proved to be a good place for a lunch during a short visit to Bydgoszcz. It is located in the basement of an old villa, and the decor is well combined with the location - dark wood, stain glass, stylish lamps. The menu includes classical dishes in quite vast choice - I ordered goose, which was soft and succulent, the sauce was on the sweet side, but luckily not too sweet. Gnocchi served with goose seemed like a heavy option for lunch, but there was no problem in exchanging them for steamed vegetables, firm and crunchy. Red cabbage with raisins was a good companion for the goose. Dessert, ice cream on hot raspberries was good, sadly, ice cream was shop bought. Espresso did not live up to expectations - not intensive, with feeble crema. Service was flawless, swift and helpful. Bill for two with a tip (we ate the same) ca.180 zÅ.
