I was here a few time whilst in Kursk the Restaurant has been redeveloped recently and turned into a Italian Restaurant "Pasta Basta" the staff were friendly polite and very welcoming and the restaurant is very clean and well presented although I didn't eat anything the food passing me looked and smelt delicious

I found this restaurant better than then the average Russian restaurant. But it is called a Spanish restaurant and you really have to do your best to see anything to do with Spain. The service is friendly and correct. The seating very comfortable , the food is good. I will come here more.
