I had been so looking forward to eating at this restaurant as we had popped in the day before for a Beer and the location was stunning with views to Phi Phi Leh and the staff were extremely friendly.So I was absolutely gutted when we ate here today and the food was terrible.It came out luke warm and there was zero taste to it.Food is much cheaper up at Tonsi and much more authentic in flavors.I had Pad Thai with prawns (which was only 3 FRESH WATER prawns)and Chicken in Oyster Sauce.I really am gutted as the location is beautiful, however, will not eat here again and I cannot recommend to othersThank you for your reviews.We are sorry that you were unhappy in ours restaurant.Please come again and see ours improvement.

Lim or Lynn (gentleman from Phuket) is the best. He made drinks we wanted that werenât even on the menu (daqari meets pina colada) and suggested places we should go. Wish we would have met him sooner as we were at this place almost every night but one in Phi phi! PS. Although it has an Italian name the Thai food is awesome. And the sunsets from this chill spot are beyond amazing.

We found this place while wandering around looking for somewhere cheap. There was a special for low season so pizza, pasta, beer and cocktails were very cheap! The pizza was fantastic as was the pasta, and the owners were very friendly. We would definitely recommend Amico!

I was served raw chicken and when asking them to cook it more they told me to âf**k off and give moneyâ. Do not bother going to this place the food is abysmal and the service is an absolute joke

We fancied a change from Thai food so thought weâd try here for a change. It was my 40th birthday & looked nice but we were very wrong! Food took ages to arrive & my husbands arrived 20 mins after mine! I had fish that was dry & tasted horrible & my husband had lasagne that was cold. We couldnât even finish it & I had to leave the table early as felt ill from the taste! That night both me & my husband were really sick. We were in Thailand for 16 days, ate at lots of places, including street food & this was the only place that made us sick! Would not recommend!!I would like to apologize for your recent experience at Italiano Restaurant. We pride ourselves on offering the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism, and are therefore disheartened to hear about the level of service you received.Depending the cause of food poisoning, the duration of the majority of food poisoning usually ranges from a few hours after exposure to contaminated food or fluid to several days, I really hope that your sickness is not coming from my restaurant. We have spoken to the kitchen and shared your feedback and will be following up with the server in regards to the lapse in service and hygienic procedure (H.A.C.C.P.). Once again, please accept my sincerest apologies.

I am a frequent visitor to phi phi as I love it! Found a gem of a place walking around the island walked in was greeted by really friendly staff only wanted a beer but then I saw the menu and thought why not so stopped for food also wow it was so good! Ended up staying for hours felt so relaxed had the pleasure of meeting the owner Manuel really down to earth guy over great experience drinks were ice cold and the Italian food was so good a must see place
