We stayed at the Phi Phi village resort and wanted to find a nice spot to hang out after a sunny beach day to relax and enjoy the evening in a more local atmosphere. While walking around we bumped into the camel rock bar. It is a white furnished hip location on the bridge and a great place to enjoy the sunset with a drink with some sundowner music. After enjoying some juice sodas (passion fruit soda!!!!! - donât forget the salt on the passion fruit) and talking to the owners, we found out that this spot is from the same family which runs the Oasis bar & restaurant which is very close to the bar. In both locations the owners workers and venue are unique. We felt very comfortable! we got to to meet the girlfriend of the owner of the bar. Her name is âRosaâ. She was very nice and helpful with Travel tips and speaks german and English. So my recommendation is to go to camel rock bar at around sunset time enjoy some drinks and order food from the probably best Thai food restaurant in town - Oasis. Both places are a added value for the island and I am very picky when it comes to bar venues and food. Sometimes we took food Togo and ate it on the beach in the hotel or just ate in the cosy restaurant.A must go when you are around. I would go so far that I say itâs definitely worth to only travel there for this combined experience. I would love to give also a review at the camel rock bar page at trip advisor but I couldnât find it.Hint: If you are nice to the owner she maybe gives out a recipe of one of her delicious dishes. :)!!! The Panaeng Curry was the best i had on my 21days Thailand trip.ENJOY!

Went there based on good ratings on Trip Advisor and travel blogs. Waiter was extremely unfriendly throughout the whole meal (worst of the whole 2 week trip) which made us feel really unwelcome. Food was ok, my partner ordered beef massaman curry which usually has a rich, roasted peanut colour. However it came out looking very pale but tasted pleasant enough. Price was ok for the location but service and food did not meet the expectations.

So this is our third visit in as many days. Like so many restaurants in Thailand it takes some convincing to get them to believe you can handle spicy food. But the food is so fresh, carried past you right out of the ocean, we invested another visit and were rewarded with authentic Thai spicy food while sitting on the beach in this open air gem of a family ran business. How often do you get to ask a restaurant for a specific meal, they go catch it, and then you discuss with the owner how best to prepare it? If you are wanting a real Thai seafood meal presented simply and straight forward this is it.

The food was amazing. Had the papaya salad, spicy and really tasty. Then the duck curry. Best food we have had so far on our trip. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. A pleasant place to have dinner. Highly recommended.

our best meal of our holiday , so went back twice , each time not disappointed with anything there was 6 of us eating and everyone really enjoyed there meal friendly staff would do anything to help, could have mash potatoes instead of chips but the chips are home made and were awesome, little dearer than our other meals but well worth it

After the reviews we were exited about this place. The had a nice desk of seafood. my Friend ordered fresh steamed fish and u the rock lobster They Fried! The lobster and was top dry. The fish and morning glory wereld good!. Also the waitress was nice.Thank you for the good advice and we will make it even better.

My fiancé and I stayed in Tonsai Village for four nights, and we ate at Only Noodles for all five days we were there, one time even twice a day. We ordered the pad thai with chicken and egg most of the time (80 baht), but the pad thai with shrimp and egg was also greatâthey even gave you more than the usual two shrimps most places do. Everything seemed very fresh, and the chicken was always cooked perfectly (never dry). They always cooked the noodles to order so they were hot, and you could add peanuts, sugar, chili flakes, and the hot peppers in vinegar to customize your pad thai a little (I prefer lots of crushed peanuts and lots of chili flakes). You can find pad thai on the island for maybe 10 or 15 baht cheaper, but the serving size and quality of this pad thai more than make up for it. Awesome stuff.

Went to this restaurant tonight thinking I would have amazing sushis, according to the reviews. It was good, just like any sushi restaurant you stumble in, anywhere in France... Prices are also similar to French prices in Euros, 1250 baths for 2 adults and one kid, I really don't understand what the fuss is all about. Checking back the many reviewers with 1 to 5 reviews, it is striking to see that the same profile pictures come back again and again.
