I was not accommodated, but the experience of the first contact with the so-called owner of the hotel was extremely disgusting that can denigrate the image of the whole region, respectively no tourist could get around because of him !!! Instead of being kind and hospitable, he behaved in the dirtiest and horrible way possible to drive away customers. Later I found out that he is the most outrageous man in the whole Kotor region. Too bad such people spoil the image of such a beautiful location, where at first glance I thought everyone was so good. I'm sorry for the restaurant inside the hotel, it was super delicious and the service was superlative. I don't understand how a so-called owner (and his equally dirty family) can run a hotel and receive guests. Awful !!!!!!

Only 11 rooms in this charming 11th century restored hotel. It’s within the walls of the historic old town. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Breakfast is included on the patio. The people were very friendly and helpful w covid tests and local information.

it was a bit hard to find a place, but after the gate of the old city, we found a cafe, and they pointed where we can climb the stairs. Then it was a bit difficult to find, for there was no sign. But once there, the host helped us carry the suitcase, and as we requested a room with view, they prepared the room which faces the sea, which was beautiful. Once we know the place, it was easy to walk around the old city, and I really liked it. the only thing which I did not like was that the windows do not have curtains, and the wifi was quite weak, so i had to get out of the room.

My family and I have stayed in Apartaments Dončič for ten days in May/June. The apartament had perfect amenities and was very clean. There was a beautiful view overlooking Kotor Old Town and the stunning mountains. The staff were very kind and friendly. We were also able to make use of the brand new swimming pool, which was very modern and cool. This was a great stay and we will definitely try and come back here if we come to Montenegro again. It is a great place to explore beautiful Montenegro.

This property is 6 minutes walk from the beach. Located in the very heart of Kotor’s Old Town, Apartments Wine House Old Town is set just 100 m from the pebbly beach. The nearest grocery store is 50 m away. The Main Bus Station is 500 m from the Old Town Wine House. The town of Budva is a 30-minute drive away. Tivat Airport is at a distance of 7 km. Airport transfers can be organised upon request. Kotor Stari Grad is a great choice for travellers interested in history, architecture and atmosphere. This is our guests' favourite part of Kotor, according to independent reviews. This property also has one of the best-rated locations in Kotor! Guests are
We stayed here for 3 nights and booked a double room with with a balcony (some of their rooms do not have a balcony). Before arrival, I was in touch with Laura to confirm our arrival time. I booked through Booking.com and so we exchanged numbers and were able to use WhatsApp easily. We arrived into Tivat airport which is about 7km from Kotor and Laura arranged for a taxi to meet us from our flight (it was no more expensive doing it this way). The taxi driver was there to meet us and then took us to Tabacina/north gate entrance to the old town. From there is about a 3 min walk to apartment. You will see the wine bar and then the entrance to the wine house apartment is the first right lane after the wine bar and first door on right. Taxi cost 15 euros which we confirmed with the driver before setting off from Tivat airport. It was about a 25 min drive (the traffic is bad but distance short).’ Laura was there to meet us and so lovely - friendly and helpful. Her English is a excellent and she helped us with anything we needed. She wasn’t always at the reception area of these apartments but was very responsive to what’s app messages. We loved the accomm- our room was up a couple flights of stairs which was fine for us as we didn’t have much luggage. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. A good sized cupboard to hang clothes, plenty of electric sockets and a small kitchenette. We didn’t cook in the room and can’t really imagine doing this - there are so many places to eat. However we did have breakfast there and bought a couple things to eat. There was a fridge, kettle and utensils. WiFi was good - strong signal with no issues. Yes the bathroom is small. There really ain’t much room to sit on the toilet but it didn’t bother us at all. The shower was small but fine and actually they had made good use of a small space and there were plenty of shelves to store toiletries. A hairdryer was supplied. The balcony was small but enough room for 2 chairs and you could sit and watch the world go by downstairs. We weren’t bothered by the outside noise. We generally go to bed early and once the windows were closed (double glazed) you could hear a little outside noise but not much and I would expect that from any accommodation in the old town anyway. I actually like to hear the noise of others outside, music etc. There is everything you need in the local streets in the old town - bars, restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs etc. We left early in the morning and early checkout was easy as we could leave keys in box outside. I’d certainly be happy to stay here again. Thanks Laura - you were a great host!

You'll be wasting your time to look any further in Kotor. Perfect host, scenery and location. The amenities are all excellent and the bed very comfortable. You are less than 2 minutes walk away from the beach, 3 minutes to the mall and about 5 minutes to the old city.

A clean, centrally located apartment in the centre of town. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was quiet inside, but the front door opened onto the hustle and bustle of the lively streets. The owner was very responsive via email/text to organise check-in / check-out etc

We rented the entire place for 5 nights. We had a large group of family and friends. It was fantastic! We have rented villas all over Europe and this is as good as they get. The place is stunning. Between the beautiful pool and the gorgeous dock on the Adriatic it could not have been better. The staff at the villa were excellent! They really want you to have a fantastic vacation and go out of their way to make it perfect. The chef is wonderful! We have a friend who is born and raised in Kotor and travels back every summer. She ate with us a few nights and said it was the best food in Montenegro. There were some reviews that complained it was too far from Kotor. It is not walking distance but because of the cruise ships, I would not want to be in Kotor during the day. It was much better to be able to enjoy the Adriatic during the day and explore Kotor in the evening. Terrific villa!

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Apartments Pejanovic are located in Dobrota, 2 km from the centre of Kotor. The property is surrounded by a garden and located right on the beachfront, just two steps from a private beach. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available for all guests. All accommodation units offer air-conditioning, a seating area, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchenette
The apartments are located on a quiet road with mountain and sea views opposite. There is a small private beach with sun loungers and restaurants and a local shop close by. And we were able to walk along the sea front to the old town one evening. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, speaking good English, and we would definitely stay here again.
