Reviewed By branislav hDo týhle hospody - nezasluhuje už název restaurace - jsme chodívali občas. Poslední návštěva lze shrnout slovy katastrofa - tak příšernou koprovku jsem v životě nejedl. A i celkově - zašlý interiér, špinavé slánky, na talíři z vnější strany jsem měl rudý flíček - nechtěl jsem zkoumat jestli od krve nebo masa. Polévky jako by je vařili z jednoho základu - prostě špatná restaurace se zašlým interiérem z let komunismu znásobená 30 lety nezájmu - takhle to působí. Koprovku jsem reklamoval na místě slovy příšerná - snedl jsem jenom čisté maso a zaplatil. Nemělo význam řešit omluvu - už tam nevkročíme. Zcela určitě tenhle typ hospody někomu vyhovuje - já bych to nedoporučil nikomu.

Reviewed By T-Traveller68This place is definitely worth the trip. Went there several times, and always loved the food, cooked with very good "farmers" ingredients. Very well done classical food, it is so tasty. Good wine list, but it is a pity that the wine by the glass offer is, to say the least, poor. I'm sure people would be happy to pay few extra crowns for a better pairing. The hotel is very nice too, very pleasant stay.

Reviewed By Nah_022This new alpine-style hotel combines a perfect location with a friendly atmosphere and German quality with Czech prices, the best conditions for a pleasant stay. Thanks to the large signs on access roads, the hotel is easy to find. There is ample parking behind the hotel building. The hotel rooms are large, bright, clean and comfortable, from which you have a beautiful view of the wooded surroundings. The quiet location allows you to sleep at night with the windows open. The varied breakfast buffet exceeds the level of good German hotels, which we didn’t really expect. The cold cuts and bread from Bavaria were particularly good. The hotel is a perfect starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian Forest on the Czech and Bavarian sides. However, you should have a car or a motorcycle with you. The hotel wifi signal is not strong enough in all hotel rooms, but the public LTE signal is available everywhere. All hotel rooms have a TV with Czech and German programs. But there is no fridge and no possibility to brew coffee or tea. Instead, you can always get something good to eat and drink in the downstairs restaurant. We recommend having lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. We tried many different dishes from the menu and were always happy with it. The venison goulash with Bavarian potato pancakes was especially good. The menu is available in Czech and German, but only in the restaurant and not on the bilingual hotel web page. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in the Bavarian style. In summer you can sit outside under a very old linden tree, a really nice place. The very friendly waiter was always helpful and communicative. If you want to spend some beautiful days in the Bohemian Forest, or if you are in this area and want to eat something good, consider this hotel with its restaurant. You will be pleased.

Non abbiamo chiuso occhio per tutta la notte perché la camera dava sulla strada e il traffico di auto moto e camion non si è fermato un attimo. Anche se grande, la camera è un vero disastro! I cuscini emanano un odore insopportabile, le lenzuola sono bucate, le sedie e il divano sporchi. C'è il frigobar ma è vuoto. Il bagno è piccolissimo e sporco. C'è un solo asciugamano per persona, niente shampoo e niente asciugacapelli. L'unica nota positiva è il parcheggio gratuito. Ve lo sconsiglio proprio!

Reviewed By AnisaLondonWe booked this hotel well in advance in March, for a two night stay in July, we telephoned them the night before our arrival to confirm everything and was told they were expecting us. We arrived there at about 4.30pm after a 6 hour journey. There was no one there, we phoned them, a lady arrived in about 5 mins by car to tell us that is was not possible for us to stay there tonight as some other guest had decided to stay a night longer!!!! She also said she had no recollection of our telephone conversation the day before, complete lie. I have never heard such rubbish, if you make a booking in advance then your booking should be there for you. She told us to follow her in the car to some other accommodation, which was totally out of the centre and not acceptable accommodation at all. The man at the accommodation was very rude and told us to take it or leave it. We left it of course. I have travelled to the Czech Republic many times and stayed in many Penzions and have never had this poor experience and rudeness ever before. Do not make a booking with this Penzion and expect it to be there for you when you arrive, they are unprofessional, liars and time wasters. We found ourselves a much nicer Penzion elsewhere, but the whole situation was very inconvenient and stressful for us. It is a shame because we had intended to stay there on a regular basis as we travel to Czech frequently, I will never recommend this Penzion to anyone.
