Very average pizza, too much dough. Service was quite good, for a delivery. Would recommend for young people.Hello John we do have other doughs avliable for customers that prefer less dough. My I suggest if you chose us next time to ask for Thin and Crispy. This may be more your liking. Cheers and we hope you will try us again.

Was a place to visit for lunch, never been before so wanted to tick the box. The pizzas are expensive and of average quality. A lot like Pizza Hut. Ingredients that are all packed in bulk and slapped on a pizza base. I wonât rush back.Hi, there. We price our menu items based on our commitment to high quality ingredients as well as an effort to remain competitive and deliver great value to our Guests. That being said, we always want to hear back from our Guests such as you! Further to this point, we will share your feedback with our menu team so that they can remain informed and aware of this type of feedback. Thank you!

I have fond memories of this particular Pizza Hut location. Back in the late 1980s and early to mid 1990s, I frequented this establishment with the family whenever we'd stay in Terrace. It was/is a convenient option, being directly across the street from our (former) hotel of choice: the Bear Country Inn. Often times we'd come in and I'd get a personal pan pizza (pepperoni) with classic buffalo wings while the folks would get a medium or large Hawaiian, spaghetti and lasagna. If we wanted to kick things up a notch, we'd even get a Caesar salad! It was a great time and I know the folks only ever came here as often as they did because they knew I liked the place. At other times, I'd come in with my grandfather, order the same thing (personal pizza and wings) while he'd get a spaghetti and a "mug of beer." As I recall, the staff were always very nice to us. Now, fast-forward to the current day.The Terrace Pizza Hut, like all Pizza Huts, has updated itself somewhat. The name is more stylized and the interior a bit brighter, but the service and food quality, as far as I can tell, has remained the same -- and that's definitely a good thing. I mean, I know when we come to these chain restaurants we'd like to think they're all the same. And, for the most part, they are. But there are always exceptions to the general rule. An example: the Pizza Hut in Prince Rupert is terrible. The food is bland and they often screw up orders. It's like a night and day difference with that location and its Terrace counterpart.Yes, nostalgia recently brought me back here. I found myself at the Bear Country Inn and was getting hungry. What do you know. . .there's a reliable option right across the street! So, over I came. I was greeted promptly (with smile) and seated. Given the late hour I was the only person in the restaurant (it was just after 9PM). I ordered "the usual." A starter Caesar and a personal pepperoni pizza. The salad kind of sucked (over-dressed), but the pizza was superb!Pizza Hut isn't perfect, but establishments of any type rarely are. This location is reliable, consistent, easy on the wallet and clean. What more could one want in a chain restaurant?FOOD: 4/5SERVICE: 4/5VALUE: 4/5RECOMMENDATION: Two thumbs up. This location is good -- light years better than the Prince Rupert location, that's for sure!
