Convenient stop over on our way home from Austria
Reviewed By Piet KThe hotel is a traditional Bavarian building. The room is spaceous en very clean. Bathroom is very convenient. Beds are good. The restaurant offers very good meals. Excellent local beers and a wide choice of wines. The service both at the front desk as well as in the restaurant is very courteous and efficiënt. The breakfast buffet is well storend with very fresh Bread, good cheers and ham.

Reviewed By DeanhcVery convenient for where we were visiting and just off the autobahn makes it a perfect stop off. Friendly staff and the food was very nice. Clean, big rooms and a nice comfortable bed although the pillows in Germany take getting used to. A really nice stay and I would definitely recommend it.

A true “Gasthof” 5 star worthy!
Reviewed By JohnDoe1977NWHNicely located on our way to the Alps this Gasthof is really what you think it should be; warm, welcoming and comfortable! The beds are super nice with very luxurious bedding! We arrived late but the kitchen was opened until 9 and we could order the food and eat it in our room. That’s is a well thought out thing when traveling with small children. Only point that could be better; warm water for the shower only lasts for 1,5 showers. Double would be better. Highly recommend this Gasthof; it is missing two stars in its rating if you ask me!

Reviewed By RMMC2014We four single people stayed here for one night while walking the Altmühltalweg. The owners and staff were very friendly, the rooms were perfect and the evening meal first class. The hotel's customer toilets were the best we have ever seen anywhere.

Pit-Stop for the Night
Reviewed By Torben MThis Hotel was used for a pit-stop during our drive from north to south. The Hotel is located a few minutes drive from the A9. Big rooms with all you need, breakfast included and there is a very good variety of what a breakfast includes. Very nice and friendly staff, that will done almost everything in order for you to feel welcome. Important to remember that there are no reception so you key is vital.

Reviewed By Voyager283671Muss nicht noch einmal sein! Sieht man am Bad und Teppich. Stolperfalle im Bad. Schimmel in der Dusche. Hatten für 2 Zimmer aber nur einen Schlüssel für die Hintertür. Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm. Gefroren bei 0 Grad.
