Our vegan/vegetarian restaurant is part of the More Than A Drop Foundation who runs a Hospitality College (school.morethanadrop.org) for severely underprivileged adolescent girls which will be trained during one year. Enjoy healthy, fresh-made vegan/veget
We ate in here during our stay at more than a drop. The menu is completely vegetarian, which is a put off for me to start. I couldnât see why people were so taken with the dining room, itâs basically the reception with tables. The staff are all lovely and friendly. We had the bruschetta to start, which was lovely and had the vegetable yellow curry, which was a curry sauce, but had so few vegetables it could hardly be called a vegetable curry, just sauce, it tasted nice, but not spicy at all, very disappointing. I thought it was very expensive, since the next night we ate out and the meal was superb and the same price. I couldnât recommend. Try indoitaliano instead. Thank you for having tried out our restaurant, and also for sharing your impression and opinion. Why we have the brilliant reviews? Probably because they all liked what they got and saw :-). They all liked that we do use mostly organic ingredients from our garden and that all is freshly prepared and hand-made. Sure enough, if one does want to eat meat or fish then we are definitely the wrong address. As published everywhere, it is not even a vegetarian restaurant but mostly a vegan one but we offer vegetarian options. The restaurant is actually outside, the terrace is set in a beautiful garden. if it rains we move the tables inside where the lounge is (not the reception), which is what happened when you were there. Sorry about the rain...I am sorry that you the curry was not spicy enough for you. Please note that white and yellow curries never are; for more spicy / hotter curries take red or green ones. Lastly, we are sorry if the quantity of vegetables served was not enough. we have taken action and increased the quantity. It is our aim that our guests feel well and leave us with a very good feeling. thank you again!

During a recent holiday to climb Mt Kilimanjaro we were recommended to eat at this unassuming little restaurant. We are so glad we did!!The food here would have to be some of the nicest Indian food I have ever eaten, including the food I've had in India. The quality was superb, it was fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. I suggest you try the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Butter Chicken (Ask for spicy! You won't be disappointed).I had three night in Moshi in total, and yes I ate here each of those nights.

Near my hotel , so I walked to have lunch. I had a mushroom pizza and a soda. 12000 shillings. $5-6 us. Pizza was very good for my taste. Open clean outdoor covered seating. Large well lit clean bathrooms. I understand owned by Indoitaliano restaurant from downtown. Good place also. Not as large of menu as town location. I will return.
