Low quality ingredients prepared in a too artificial way: far too much sweet balsamic vinegar on everything, probably to make us feel we are in an Italian place, but it is just a low-end American kind of food.Average service, not very professional.Too expensive for what it is, not worth it.

Not being a habitué of Golden Corrals, I was very surprised at the helpfulness, and courtesy of the staff, servers, waiters, and waitresses. The prime rib was cut to the thickness that I requested, and served with a smile. Our waitress was amazingly attentive, refilling our glasses, and suggesting various dishes.From our experience here, I won't be generalizing anymore about buffets. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it.

I recently moved to Cincinnati after living the last 20 years in Boston & NYC. Jeff Ruby's rivals any top steakhouse in the country. I've been many times and the staff is always personable and on top of things and the food is consistently excellent. Would highly recommend!

We stopped in for a drink and some appetizers, and had the calamari and the steak skewers. Both were excellent and the sangria was delicious as well. Friendly staff and great service, you can't go wrong here!

Upon arriving.. were greeted by a server..Sat down and ordered our meals .I had medium well sirloin steak.. mashed potatoes and gravy and cornService was great..food was hot and delicious..very nice place to eat.
