I have always loved Fazoli's. Its good food ,good family restaurant. Was clean, staff was very pleasant, food was ok. I have had better at other Fazoli's. It just didn't taste fresh. First time for everything i guess.

This is by far the worst SnS we have been to in 20 yrs. Waitress screwed our order up twice. The manager is NUMB. Just walks around and check NOTHING. No one in theis store knows what they are doing and there is NO training going on. I would immediately fire the manager and get some serious training going on. Save yourself the experience and go to Culvers or others down the street.

I had the chili and some fries. They were like eating at a five star joint when your this hungry. Sweet staff too. Even late night, it's a winner.
