Stopped here after a day at Mammoth cave. We were sitted immediately. It wasn't too busy. The menu is smaller than what I am used to at other japanese restaurants, like no tempura udon noodle soup. We had few rolls, spicy tuna and stuff, and couple hibachi plates. So there is no hibachi grill where they cook in front of you. They cook everything and bring it to you. Miso soup was fine. Salad wasn't he best but edible. We had fillet mignon and scallops plate, steak plate and chicken teriyaki plate. They were actually better then we all expected. Not the best sushi or best Japanese food we ever had, but surprisingly better than we expected given we were at small town Kentucky. If we are ever near the area again, will definitely be back.

This can be a great place to eat. When they first opened they were great quality and a solid show. Now that the community has gotten to know them, it has slacked off and the food is inconsistent. Sometimes we are there for more than just a meal. Get some energy back and put on the show......

The place is dirty. The ceiling tiles are covered with black crud and about half of them are water stained. Some tiles completely missing. The trip to the restroom made me wonder what I might find around the next corner. Used boxes piled here and there. Too much "behind the scene" stuff around. Generals chicken soggy and bland. Peanut chicken bland and dry. Hot & sour was neither. No mustard.
