We've eaten at Sol Azteca 5-6 times over the years when we are traveling back from Florida. The service has always been friendly (a good place to practice your Spanish!), the restaurant has been clean, and the food quality has been excellent at a reasonable price. (If you're staying at the Hampton Hotel next door they'll give you 10% off your bill).The atmosphere is good with plenty of mexican artwork and decorations. It can be a bit noisy during busy times as the center area of the restaurant is open. We've always requested a booth and it's been fine.If you like authentic mexican tacos just ask for "mexican style" and they'll make them for you even though they aren't on the menu ($3 each... and very good). Also, I like their burritos... big, flavorful, and with some of their hot salsa they are really good!The menu is very comprehensive, from basic tacos to fajitas. They also include chips and salsa with the meal (no extra charge).A great place for travelers to stop for a tasty mexican meal whether heading north or south on Interstate 65.

Friendly staff - seated quickly - orders tabled right away - food is authentic & excellent.I had a great chicken chimi - my wife had great enchiladas.Some the best Mexican cuisine we have had anyplace.

Stopped into this restaurant for dinner with the family. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, seated quickly, orders taken, served piping hot food (that was excellent). Have eaten at this location several times and they are consistently good. The pricing is excellent and the food filling.Will be back.Dr. Marc PS 63:7
