Very popular with the locals and like so many other small town cafes, everyone knows everybody. I enjoyed a decent breakfast here this morning. The lunch menu looked good. Service was ok. Nice prices. Could stand a good cleaning.

Went for dinner and had the half pounder roast beef and a shake. Only made it half way through the shake. Meat was well prepared and I would eat here again. Typical fast food Arby's, service was good and no surprises. Recommended.

Half Restaurant. Half Store. All Country
My family and I had dinner here after spending a long day at a karate tournament for my son. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food is great ( as always from a Cracker Barrel restaurant ).
We are a locally owned and operated full service restaurant and bar. We only serve Hereford beef and hand cut our steaks daily. Grandma's macaroni and cheese, green beans and many more side items are available on our menu. Located right downtown in the he
We had 7 people for lunch here. Service was very attentive. The food was great. We had the Maui fish taco, the shrimp po boy and the chicken salad. They were all very good. I recommend this restaurant.

Nothing but good things to say. Prompt seating and fast service. We were seated in the bar section in a booth. The bartender was super nice (a lady and Iâm sorry I canât remember her name just great eyeliner haha). Everything on our order was perfect. Ribeye and ribs with an appetizer of fried asparagus and plenty of rolls. Never empty drinks! Other servers offered drink refills and more bread. Staff was great.

The Crowded House, established in 2011, is Madisonville's only gastropub. Located in the heart of downtown, this bar is loaded with sixteen taps that always rotate to provide incredible fresh tastes from a Porter to an IPA selection. Drink specialties are
The Crowded House used to be a nice restaurant with great weekly entertainment. On several occasions you would need to make a reservation just to get in. Two years ago a new Chef/Manager was hired. The quality of food, service, and entertainment has slowly declined since then. There's been a few times you couldn't even get a waiter to take your order because the chef an his wife were busy entertaining her parents and their friends. All servers were focused on them. If you want a drink you have to go to the bar and get it yourself unless you want to wait an hour. Last weekend we went with our son, his friend, and another couple. It was 8:00pm on a Friday night and there were on 4 tables occupied. The entertainment was a single girl with her guitar that was average at best. We ordered drinks first while waiting on our group to arrive. A short while later we decided to order and appetizer and was told they closed the kitchen early?!?! I saw two more tables if people come in and when they were told kitchen was closed they left.... This is very sad to see as this used to be THE place to go out to.

Stumbled onto this little gem. We were genuinely greeted and served rapidly both times weâve gone. Menu is varied for those not fans of catfish, but I recommend it! Food was delivered quickly and fresh. Prices are reasonable for amount and quality of food. Weâll be back!

Recently was here for a special event and thought the food was great. Many choices for salad, entrees, veggies, etc. Service is swift and friendly. Kind of a down-home feel about the place. Very popular with the locals too. Has a private room for large groups.

I grew up on northwestern Alabama barbecue so I always judge pulled pork by what I grew up with. Never was a brisket fan, didnât dislike it, just always gravitate towards pork. Was in town for a work event and decide to grab some brisket for my son. All I can say is it was excellent. Right amount of smoke but most importantly it was the MOST TENDER meat Iâve had, brisket or not. I figure if you can do this with brisket , a pretty tough cut of meat, you mist be a miracle worker. Try the brisket, youâll be impressed!
