One of the best cafe in city. It has a rather large network throught a city and everywhere you can grab some good cafe and absolutely, and I mean ABSOLUTELY, delicious cakes. Get warm in the middle of a Siberian harsh winter!

I've been here often for snacks only because it's a stop-off point when walking along the embankment of the River Tom.mIt has delicious sweets and pancakes cooked to perfection. It's always spotlessly clean and usually quite busy. The staff are attentive, and although it isn't cheap the few roubles extra won't break the bank either
