Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Langkawi. Langkawi is a serene archipelago of 140 islands – only a few of which are inhabited. The largest of these is the eponymous Langkawi Island, which has UNESCO World Geopark status because of its richly populated (by wildlife, that is) conservation areas. The best way to experience these ecological wonders is from high above, on the Langkawi Sky Bridge that stretches above the rainforest. Cheekily-named Pregnant Maiden freshwater lake is a great place to take a dip or play keep-away with the kleptomaniac monkeys.

The marina (and this restaurant) have seen better days but the food here is pleasant enough, at a good price. The toilets are a bit grim. Staff are pleasant and friendly.

Red Tomato is a European style restaurant that brings Mediterranean Cuisine in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Originally a small cafe in Langkawi, Red Tomato has grown and developed into the loved restaurant we know it as now. It doesnât stop there thoug
We came here based on a recommendation from a friend and it was an ok meal but nothing special. It is a nice setting and an ok menu in terms of choice - mainly pizza, pasta, salads and flambeâd tarts (which was really a pizza base with cream fraiche and a bit of cheese as the base instead of the pizza tomato base. It was ok but I canât write home about it. The food lacked seasoning and flavour

A small cafe offers a little bit of everything; from western to Malay cuisine.A relaxing place to escape from the scotching heat of island sun and enjoying warm and cosy ambience. Come and experience our hospitality.
What an experience. If you like food that kicks with flavour but is still complimentary to the basic ingredients Ko's amazing restaurant will fully engage your taste buds. We have been trying Malaysia's best dishes for the last two weeks but then came upon (by recommendation from our host Anis, a local) the Spicey Sea Bass in masak adam pedas. We also had some nice noodles and squid but frankly I was still gasping with pleasure as I added 20% to the meagre bill. That came to about £15 for two of us - with the tip. Amazing value , lovely guy, great food. Go there!!!

In the Brasserie you can enjoy a nice European meal, especially Italian Food. You can come for breakfast, lunch, dinner or enjoy a drink at our bar. We have for example: salads, soup, carpaccio, spaghetti, lasagna, Pizza and fresh made Ice Cream from Lang
This was our first visit to The Brasserie being taken there by a friend from our hotel who had been there previously."First impressions count" is a saying and this applies to the restaurant as we were very pleasantly surprised at just how good it was. Very high standard of food and service resulting in us certainly planning to go there again on our next holiday in six months time.

The Fat Frog is situated on Jalan Padang Matsirat (the highway from Kuah to the Airport). With views out over the 99east golf course, the ocean and the cliffs beyond, enjoy a range of delicious hearty and healthy dishes or sit at the bar and savour a cold
This restaurant is in a fantastic setting, on a golf course, the views are beautiful. The food is really tasty, fresh, handmade and there are a selection of western style vegetarian and vegan options (so nice to have something different to the usual Malaysian noodles or curry) They have a huge selection of desserts which I wish they served in âcafé gourmandâ style so I could have tried more than one! There is a lovely friendly dog that greets you on your arrival! The staff are friendly and the service good. I canât fault this place and will definately be returning. Just wish I was here longer so I could try all the menu. Donât miss this place if you visit Langkawi.

Not only is this a great place to eat, the toilets are beautiful. You will have to visit to see why. Really good Malaysian food. We had the curried prawns and chicken curry plus amazing marguitas. Service was outstanding, friendly and efficient. There is a warmth to this place, almost like dining in someoneâs home. We loved it and will return. Seek it out whilst in Langkawi. So relaxing and delicious. Canât wait to return.

From the dynamic team that brought to you the so popular L'Osteria and The Brasserie restaurants, we have now proudly opened an even better restaurant. Our new born baby, Gallo Nero is a stylish Italian restaurant, elegant and cozy. Our specialties are go
Gallo Nero is one of Langkawiâs delights, The Local sourced cheese was excellent I would highly recommend the cheese platter, generous portion of beef carpaccio, which again was excellent. Decor and lighting is ambient and adds to the dining experience, staff very attentive and helpful.
