Reviewed By ShirinericaIt is a beautiful hotel. I loved my room. It is clean and spacious. Everyone works at the hotel is very nice and professional. It is located quiet area, but walking distance to Kars castle, cafe, shops and restaurants.

Reviewed By N9431XSemmaaWe are planed stay one night but we are stayed 3 nights we are liked. Staff help us everything. Rooms are clean. But elevator is little small. And all of turistic placeses are near. When would you like say staffs they are help you.

In every room there are LCD TV, wireless internet connection, and work tables. “King size” beds whose sizes are 6 square meters are chosen for each room and each room has been decorated with sui generis sheets, bedspreads and the sleeping sets that are made of high quality goose feather. Our customers get high quality service via the room service during twenty-four hours. 5 of 8 rooms of Kar’s hotel are standard rooms. In the standard rooms, each of which is decorated with various shades on every floor, all kinds of comforts are available. LCD TV, telephone, and wireless internet connection are the standard services. Akyaka, Selim, Susuz, Digor, and Kağızman are the standard rooms of Kar’s Hotel. ARAS SUITE There are specially fireplace, resting coach that is shaped as a longue chair, and laptop desk in Aras Suite. This room is a special room of Aras Suite which has a big terrace. Watching historical Kars streets from this terrace will take guests into a unique travel. ARPACAY FAMILY CONNECTION SUITE It is the only suit that is located on the top floor of Kar’s Hotel. Hanım davranışı ve dedikleri bu güzel otele yakışmadı.Sabah kahvaltısında 4 kişilik masada oturan arkaşalarımızla yemek üzere almış oluduğumuz 4 parça sıcak börek için E. Hanımın topluluk içerisinde tarafımıza ithamda bulunarak "Çantanıza mı koyacaksınız?" sorusu hiç hoş değildi. Açıkbüfe kahvaltıda görevlilerin otel müşterisinin yediği ve yiyeceği gıdaları sayması ve kontrol etmesi hiç hoş değil , kaldı ki kendisi bize kişi başı 1 parça böreği çok gördü. Gidecek olanların börek alırken 2 kere düşünmesi gerekecektir lakin börek güzeldi. Tavsiye edeceğimiz otele yakışmadı.

We are honored as Kars-I charming family with the warmest hospitality in our hotel which is located in the historical and modern building of Kars city center. Kars city center is 6 KM away from the airport, 3 KM away from the intercity bus terminal and 1.5 KM away from the railway station.
Adequate
Reviewed By Jane ESeveral other hotels in Kars were booked out. While the Sirin was nowhere near my first choice it turned out to be adequate for a 1 night stay. The hotel has an interesting design from the outside, perhaps best described as Ottoman style. The receptionist had very little English but went out of his way to be helpful even calling soon after I had gone to the room to offer complimentary Turkish coffee. The hotel is a bit scruffy with very stained carpets, a bit of mould in the shower and a broken glass light shade. That aside the room was very clean and large with a double bed and a separate single bed plus a table and a couple of chairs. There was also a small fridge but it didn’t feel cold inside. Perhaps it was unplugged somewhere or not cold because the power was off when the room was not in use. The room itself was very warm in spite of the sub-zero outside temperature and the street was quiet. The hotel is situated on the edge of the main downtown area in easy walking distance of a good supermarket, restaurants and other shops. On the downside, the wifi was appalling when it actually worked which it didn’t much of the time anyway. Don’t count on it. The in-house restaurant serves only breakfast so don’t count on that either for other meals. Finally, the hotel was supposed to have ordered a taxi to get me to the train station early in the morning and even told me how much it would cost but there was no taxi to be seen at the departure time. I expect this was the taxi’s fault not the hotel’s but it was stressful none the less. Fortunately, there is a taxi stand half a block away with a driver sleeping inside a little cabin next to a couple of taxis so I didn’t miss my train. Overall, the Sirin is fine for 1-2 nights with good proximity to most things and most of the desired comforts with the exception of stable wifi.

Reviewed By 478DSacAside from being spotless, the Mavi Ladin Konukevi was very comfortable down a quiet street; a perfect rest after a long day. Treat yourself to a first-rate breakfast in the beautiful garden. The hostess was well traveled and even offered her well-appointed kitchen had we wanted to cook.
