We at Trattoria provide cozy homely environment,we excel at our wood fire pizza, pasta and yummy rice/noodles.
I was initially very apprehensive about going to this restaurant as its exterior is not particularly inviting. In this case, it turned out that my first impression wasn't my best impression. Once inside my apprehensions disappeared. Very nice ambiance and comfortable seating. The place was almost full on a weekday evening, which gives an indication of this place's popularity.I had their British thin crust pizza and it was a refreshing change from the other pizza's you get at the MNC's. Despite the lack of car parking, I would definitely recommend this place & look forward to visiting again

The only real lounge that I know of in Mangalore. Located at the ocean pearl hotel and adjoining the Coral restaurant, the food menu is from Coral while liquor is at Jazz. They don't play jazz music by the way, but music was a mix of old school classics and some popular English numbers. The decore is refined and classic. Comfortable single seat sofas and mellow lighting create a good lounging atmosphere. The drinks menu is good. Lot of variety. I stuck to the basics, some whisky soda for me. They had happy hours and buy 2 get 1 free offer which worked out great. Also, they serve some complimentary munchies like cheeselings and masala Chana with the drinks. I ordered for an Anjal masala fry which was covered in a thick paste of spices. Fish was just about ok and had more bones than usual. Later I had some kadhai murgh with tandoori rotis and it was pretty good. Rotis were cooked perfectly and chicken was tender, the masala also was good.Service is first class and you will be well catered to. The pricing is not exorbitant for the place and the service and it's a great place to take your business connections or personal guests for drinks and dinner.

Had dinner here with family and friends. Great ambience. Few things on the menu were good, Lasagne and Dimsum were good... but few of them were completely off the mark. Paella and shrimp cocktail is a complete no no... The service was really slow... took almost an hour to serve some dishes.... Cant say was really happy with the experience but not very pricey though

This cafe/hotel is a really cool place to hang out. Located in the center of the city. Finding a place to park your car might be a bit tricky issue. On the drinks menu they have a good variety of beer, alcohol, cock tails and mock tails. The offered is fresh and the chef is really good at what he does. Overall a definite must do if you are visiting Mangalore,
