Stay chill hampi is a guest house & restaurant
We really enjoyed our stay here! The eating/chilling area is a great space. The food is delicious. We ate really well!!Nikhal and his staff were really lovely and clearly very enthusiastic about this new hostel. Nikhal helped us arrange our train to our next destination, booked tuk tuks for us, organised bike hire for us and made our stay really enjoyable. The room was basic but had everything we needed. It was clean and very spacious. Great value.
Hampi Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Hampi
This was unfortunately the worst meal we had in four nights in Hampi and quite possibly in two months in India. It was also one of our most expensive meals which was quite sad.We had malai kofta and aloo gobi and both were very poor. Good chapati and cold beer though! We came for a free movie night and enjoyed the chill seating area and good sound system.Lots of folks were eating so maybe it was just what we ordered, but I'd avoid what I mentioned above.

If you enjoy paying overpriced rates for barely edible oily and spicy food and take pleasure in being humiliated for asking questions you have come to the right place. We came here because the Mango Tree was full and this place had the same ambiance. Despite our placing a substantial order which included pizza and soup and expressing our willingness to wait, the owner-manager served us very grudgingly saying that we have come at a peak time and the kitchen staff was fully occupied. The Pizza came an hour later. The cheese and bread were the worst I had eaten. The only unpleasant experience we had there. Quite different from the wonderful snacks we had at Sagar stall just opposite Prince.
Nice ambiance with rice field and lake view from the sitting area, close to reservoir road. Restaurant open from 0700 to 2230 and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. We have a wide variety of food from different cultures such as Indian, Chinese, It

Where to eat Asian food in Hampi: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Hampi's Top Secret Restaurant is in middle of Hampi Bazaar. It's a Roof top restaurant where you will get lying beds and sitting table to relax and enjoying the delicious food and drinks with lovely music.
Top Secret is a great new Hampi restaurant tucked into a beautiful and relaxed corner near to the river. The food is delicious, much less oily than many other local restaurants and reasonably priced, but my favorite part of this restaurant is the guys that run it. They are all young and friendly and make an effort to know your name and will help you with whatever you need. As a solo female traveler it is great to have a location where you feel comfortable and safe. I have spent a lot of time in Hampi and am always needing places with WiFi to sit and work and Top Secret is my favorite. Sometimes the WiFi can be spotty but that's true for all locations in the area. The open air is beautiful and the space has lots of comfortable seating and fans, etc. They also run an attached guesthouse (Vicky's Guesthouse) that I have not stayed in but is an affordable option for housing on this side of the river.
