We visited the restaurant around 3 pm and we were informed that the kitchen is about to close. The staff however took our food orders and we were served within 15 minutes of placing the order. The dining area is spacious and very clean and tidy. It was not cowded and the moment you enter the restaurant, you could feel the exotic ambience. We ordered the following:1) Chicken Chatpatta (Excellent in taste and sufficient quantity)- Rs: 265.2) Spinach and cottage cheese special ( a must try) Rs: 1003) Chicken Dum Biryani ( Very good in taste and sufficient quantity) Rs: 265The total bill amount was Rs: 743 (including taxes) and it was economical considering the quantity, taste and the food was quite filling. I would surely recommend it strongly and would visit again.

I had visited Palkhi earlier with my family and had a pleasant experience in terms of food and ambiance. This restaurant offers good Mangaloreian, Indian and Chinese food. Their Paneer and Mushroom preparations are too good, Service is little slow but overall good place to in.

A pedestrian lunch. Was hoping for a delightful Mangalorian thali. Had rice with sambar and curd only. Except for sweet every other accompaniment was 'chalu' (just passe). Taxi chap took me there. It was a wrong decision. Try some where else for a lunch with character.

This place is one of the best fine dining options for vegetarians in Mangalore, located in The Ocean Pearl. The pricing is on the higher side, but the food is very good, ambience is serene and cleanliness is high. It is suitable for all types and occasions, be it with family, friends or colleagues. All types of food, ranging from South Indian to Intercontinental is available here. All in all, it is value for money.
