Average hotel, poor spa
Reviewed By IlovetheatreWe stayed for 2 nights recently and on the face of it the hotel looks fairly modern although when you look a little closer there are many things which need renovating/upgrading etc. Rooms were quite big but basic, staff had little knowledge of the area and breakfast was average at best. The Spa was very poor...it is located in the basement but paint is flaking off the walls and ceiling. The 2 jacuzzi's were not just empty but falling apart. Tiles were broken or missing around pool area. Some major renovation is needed for the spa and pool area. Having said all of the above, we didn't see any other hotel half decent during our stay so this may be the best choice!!

Very good sleep
Reviewed By serdalisI stayed there for a business trip in April2016. Positive comments; The bed was very comfortable, I had a very good sleep. The room was large, quite and very clean. If you want to rest and sleep well, i could advice you this hotel. The hotel staff is very kind The prices for water, coke...was like the market prices. It has a free wi-fi The negative point; The breakfast should be a little bit richer. The breakfast was not poor but also not rich. I would stay here again next time.

Reviewed By 869ahmetuİş seyahati için sene 1-2 gün uğruyorum ilk defa kaldım bende yorumlara bakarak geldim.Öncelikle burada yorum yapan her kese teşekkür ederim.Yine doğru otel seçimi.Güler yüzlü ve çok sıcak bir karşılama,yabancılık çektirmiyor.Oda ferah ve temiz mini bar var wifi çok iyi otopark var.Kahvaltıyı görmedim ama bu kadarı bile tam puan vermeye yeter.şirket fiyatı100₺ ben bir daha geldiğimde farklı bir yer aramam tüm çalışanlara kolay teşekkür ediyorum.

Very nice experience.
Reviewed By Taner3We stayed here during the religious holidays (1-4 May). The hotel is located near the city but away from the crowd. The rooms are comfortable, the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was rich. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Definitely we will visit again. Special thanks to Mr. Rasim, the manager for all the arrangements.

Nice, modern hotel
Reviewed By Alison SWe stopped for a night whilst travelling round Turkey. The staff spoke little English and we speak no Turkish but they were lovely and very patient with us. They didn't have a double room but offered us a good discount on their family room. Granted it looked out onto a cleaning area but it was very clean anf for what we wanted that was fine. There was a buffetstyle breakfast which was very nice. The town itself was a lively bustling place where you can poke around real shops but expect to be a bit of a curiosity as a Western tourist. The local people we met were exceptionally friendly and so pleased that we had stopped in their town. To see a slice of real Turkey I would highly recommend a visit to Karaman and the Kent Hotel.

Reviewed By thugga67Si c’est la crise frero cet hôtel y passe bien En plein milieu du centre-ville de Karaman, dans l’avenue Ismet Pasa. Sa place est sont point fort. Le personnel est sympa et souriant. Les chambres sont correct.

Reviewed By 831yusuftNişan organizasyonu İçin gelmemeniz gerektiğinden 5 kere arayarak zor rezervasyon yaptırabildim. Her seferinde biz size dönüş yapacağız dediler ve kimse dönmedi. Otele girmek bi uğraş gerektiriyor. Araç ile otel önüne gelinmiyor otoparka park ediyorsunuz otoparkda bi karşılama yok tüm valizlerinizi kendiniz taşımak zorundasınız. Odaya girdiğimizin 5. Dakikasında elektrik kesildi sigorta attığını söylediler ve düzelttiler. Klimalar kesinlikle yetersiz 35 derece de odada terlemek durumundasınız. Yatak başındaki elektrik prizleri çalışmıyor. Akşam restoranda 3 kere çay istememize rağmen gelmedi. Kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı bi otel olmayı haketmiyor.
