Reviewed By Mladen NLovely property that is beautifully and tastefully decorated with friendly staff. Great to have underground car parking as well. The rooms are decent size with a well equipped kitchenette with everything you need, except for salt and pepper.

Skiing in Kitzsteinhorn
Reviewed By Botond-hunThat's a very pretty place with a big livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balcons and 3 bedrooms. It has been placed very near to the skibus stop. The view is perfect in the morning as well as in the evening. We had spent 4 nights there and we were so satisfied at all. The girls at the recepcion desk were kind and helpful personnaly as well as on the phone or by email. Thank You.

Adler Resort has just recently been built a short walk away from the centre of Kaprun. In addition to the central location and beautiful views of the Kitzsteinhorn and the Maiskogel, you can enjoy the wellness facilities available within this complex such as the sauna and a relaxation area. Parking is available in the garage under the complex (for a fee) and around the complex.

"Perfect visit"
Reviewed By Bea SWe rented this apartman for four days and everything was perfect. I liked this place so much, the staff are so friendly and wonderful hosting. Kitchen was enought for two people and you can find all kitchen tools. However only one think what i didnt like was, that we had an apartman situated in basmant. Would recommend this to anyone who want to stay in Kaprun for holiday or just for weekend.

Avenida Style Apartments offer you all the luxury and comfort you need during your stay! The modern and tastefully furnished apartments are situated in a top location: right in the centre of Kaprun, opposite the Maiskogel ski lift! There is also the option to enjoy hotel Auhof's restaurant located in the same building: Das Wirtshaus. There is a garage under the complex, where guests have a parking space. This is also where the ski storage room is located.
A cozy and modern apartment
Reviewed By MaiaxyzWe stayed at the Avenida Style Apartments last winter (January) while on our snowboarding trip in Kaprun. Four of us rented one of the apartments (ground floor) and we all found it absolutely perfect and well worth the price we booked it for (plus it was just minutes away from the slopes). The apartment had one bedroom and one living /kitchen area. The living room had an extensible couch that sleeps two people and we found it super comfortable. The kitchen had new appliances (oven, cooker, dish washer,fridge, Nespresso machine and coffee pods, coffee filter plus filters for us to use) and all the necessary utensils. We also had a good sized terrace overlooking the slopes, where we could sip our morning coffee or relax in the afternoon. Bathroom was clean and quite a good size. The hotel has a storage basement for your ski/snowboard gear and that was super useful because we could leave everything there to dry. Staff very friendly and helpful from the beginning of our trip right until the end. When we checked in we had to leave an approx of EUR 300 as a warranty but we promptly got that amount back a few days after we checked out. Would definitely book that again.

Kitz Residenz enjoys a quiet locaction, just 700m from the centre of Kaprun and only 70m from the ski bus stop. Several restaurants and shops are very close to the apartment house.

Reviewed By Levasseur JFirst of all, great location right next to equipement rental shops (Brundl - ask for Christian!), to the lifts, to trails and downtown. Underground garage (height 2.2m) with access to elevators (with a ramp). Great friendly staff willing to accommodate guests. The appartment (ours was 1-bedroom with sauna ) is spacious, well decorated, clean with a view on the Maiskogel mountain from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped (note that there is no oven). Coffee machine is supplied with coffee packs (biodegradable). The room had 2 TV with main international channels (CNN, BBC, TV5, etc.) and plenty of storage. The restaurant has a great menu and will do room service (pizza was very good). The only drawback is the noise from a near-by Restaurant-Bar which had loud music on Saturday night (if you sleep with windows open…). They provided us with a Tauern spa card that gives you daily free access to this huge spa facility. They also provided us with the Summer Card, which allows you free acces to the cable cars going up to the Kitzsteinhorn mountain (usually 47euros pp) and other cable cars as well as free access to local museums and many other discounts - awesome! Don’t miss the Magical Lights at the Sigmund-Thun-Klamm gorge on Monday nights. Our best restaurants downtown were Cafe Kennidi and the Gastwirtschaft Tafern (both had great vegetarian options). Overall, an excellent place for a summer vacation for hiking, biking, canyoning, spa, eating and drinking great local zirbenschnaps!

Ideal starting point in both summer and winter The surrounding ski regions Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel, the family-friendly mountain in Kaprun, and the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See are easily reachable from your apartment in Kaprun in winter. The ski bus stop is 50 m away allowing you to have a relaxed start to your ski day without scraping ice from your windshield. Hiking and bike trips throughout the High Tauern National Park region can be started right outside your apartment in summer. Snugness in front of our house Our garden with more than 2,000 m² of lawn offers relaxation for everyone. Enjoy your spare time on our comfortable relax loungers or use the mild summer nights for a chummy BBQ in the garden. Services and offerings Our generously dimensioned playground with swing, sandbox, table tennis table and trampoline fulfils every child’s wish. There’s plenty of space for football, badminton and more. We have a special service for everyone that’s not a morning person: our bread roll service delivered directly to your apartment in Kaprun. Guests who can’t leave work at home can use our washing machine and laundry dryer for a fee.

Provided Kaprun Summer card which will save you a fortune as you will enter lots of places for free or discounted. Apartment was big, clean and had all what we needed. The location is perfect near Kaprun center and Zell am See. Definitely recommend.
