If the pot roast was any more tender it would have to be eaten with a spoon. Mashed potatoes with gravy and fried apples are comfort foods, served hot and steaming. Servers are attentive and polite. The worst two things about this restaurant are that you might have to wait to be seated and it can be noisy when full (which is often)

When we went there with my two colleagues (boys) I was surprised a little bit not to find mentions about the great like-named show Twin Peaks. Although my colleagues were very delighted being there! I would recommend this place for boys not for girls :)

Variety and quality of Sunday morning buffet are amazing. Cold shrimp, wide varieties of fruit, prime rib carving station, omelettes and eggs Benedict prepared to order and cooked while you wait, doughnut station, to temp the palette, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs of several varieties, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits and gravy, mac & cheese. .. Come early, because this place gets BUSY. Price is a bit expensive at $19.95, but appropriate for the meals served.Service was Great, Prime Rib was a bit rare for our taste and the slicer instantly volunteered to take our portions to kitchen to cook it to our satisfaction. Mom, Dad and adult children were delighted with our meals.

Had a group of 6 couples on Friday evening. Weather was perfect. 2 gentlemen were singing and playing the guitar. Only problem was they played so loud we had to yell at each other to carry on a conversation. Various food items were ordered and all were very good. Service was also very good. If you want to visit you need to go downstairs to the other section of the J-Bar.Gene, thank you for your review of our terrace. We are sorry to hear the music was too loud during your visit. We will be sure to address this with our management team to ensure they are better managing the sound of the performers. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon!

I was excited to finally go here for dinner but I was largely ignored by my server. An embarrassed restaurant coworker/server watching this go on apologized and finally filled my water and brought my check. My pasta meal was very good, salad and bread were ok not great.Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am disappointed to hear about the service you received. You definitely did not get the true Johnny's experience and I want to apologize for that. I have shared your review with management to use as a training/learning opportunity. I do hope you will be willing to give us another try, Thank you.

Restaurant was too busy on a Friday night with a one hour wait, so we returned Saturday for lunch. All three of us ordered steaks, two KC strips and a sirloin. Steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Baked potatoes and sides were very good, and we enjoyed the rolls with the cinnamon butter too. Plenty of shelled peanuts to snack on if you do have to wait. Did not disappoint, would return here again.

We with my husband. Staff was friendly and service was quick. As for the food, I got the beef sandwhich and my husband got the burnt ends. Both were good, however, I did not care for the sauce. A little too sweet for me. The sides we had (fries, onion rings, mac and cheese bites) we very good.

This breakfast place is not a chain, and has that homemade feel to it. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is nice. The staff were attentive. Great for breakfast.
