Thai cuisine is good here. WiFi if I want to sit for a while with a beer. It is one of 3 restaurants which are approx. equal regarding the scenic Ping river view, good cuisine at moderate prices. Popular among the Thais & me.

Friendly staff, good food and mix of coffee's to choose from. The entertainment is pretty good. Their bad point is not having their western items of their menu in the evening

This is one of my favorite cafes in Kamphaeng Phet. The owners are very friendly and can speak English pretty well. Their lattes are consistently delicious and they are conveniently located by the river/night market/hotels. Inexpensive, around $1.50 (USD) for a beautiful latte. They also have smoothies and tea available. Enjoy your latte!
