Blue Myth Restaurant is all about service great dining and Our "GREEK NIGHTS" that have been a part of Mykonos Tradition for years! It is the one restaurant on the beach of Platis Yialos where you can enjoy a tradional Greek Dinner, try one of International specalities,or maybe a cocktail while enjoying the fantastic view of Platis Yialos beach. Every Wednesday Sunday and Friday dance the night away At Greek Night, it is an experience you will never forget!
A beautiful location and a reasonable menu but sadly as we are here in shoulder season a lot of menu items were unavailable. Last night no seafood of any kind was on offer. We opted for the pizza which was okay. Food and drinks are Mykonos prices eg an Aperol Spritz was 14 euros add a glass of house white wine was 5 euros. Their carbonara was lovely. Breakfast pretty good and they have a barista to make your cappuccino.

Highly recommended by our hotel and how right they were ! Fantastic food and excellent service. Very reasonably priced considering where it is on one of the more pretentious Beaches in Mykonos. Great calamari and sardines ! Sadly the beach has been spoilt but Avli is well worth making a special trip for – truly outstanding !

This place has quite a lot of ice cream flavors! It's reasonably priced, a block away from the bus stop. The ice cream itself is awesome! It's not like those chain ice cream shops where everything's tastes the same. Highly recommended!!!

The uplifting and charming atmosphere is instantly set upon walking into an open-air verandah for pre dinner drinks before strolling the few metres to our table. The creative and stylish upper deck restaurant with its poolside-view had everyone in our party of seven talking amorously about the feel and the decor. The food is contemporary Greek with a typical Mykonos focus upon fresh seafood. Our waitress suggested a great yet substantially cheaper Greek wine to the French wine we choose. She chose well. The cocktails were good and given the food and alcohol consumed, we all thought the final bill was very reasonable - for late summer Mykonos prices. Mykonos has many price restaurants but Thioni is special.

We went to the restaurant after an afternoon at Agia Anna beach.
The Terrace offers a wonderful view over the bay.
We ordered several starters (scallops, squids, octopus,…) and they were all absolutely delicious! The main courses were also really stunting! The chef really knows his job. Congratulation.
The service and the whole experience were awesome. Very friendly with a lot of attention to detail.
This restaurant is a true local gem on the island and deserve to be visited.
Many thanks again to the crew and congratulations.

The first thing we noticed here was the amazing view, it is breath-taking to say the least. You cannot beat the restaurant overlooking the Agean during the summer. Down side, it does get very windy and even chilly at times so come prepared with a light wind breaker. Being a sushi lover my expectations, given all the perfect reviews and the view itself, were quite high. The presentation of the sushi was immaculate and the work that was put in by the chef and his staff becomes apparent as you course through the experience. In our case, we tried the Omakase. Still, having frequented Sushi Seki in NYC and Nobu in LA and Malibu, the quality, freshness and taste of the food was good but not great. The wasabi was interesting and fresh, however compared to other locations. One thing we appreciated was the chef's one on one conversations with us; he took the time to talk to us and explain how to enjoy each course and what the inspiration behind creating it was. He also extended his personal chop sticks to us, which at the least was a kind gesture. Lastly, the staff are all very kind and personable. At the end of the day, I would still recommend the experience as it is worthwile.
