If I compare this place to our resort, there is no comparison. We did enjoy going somewhere different but if I'm to rate the food, it wasnt good. I wouldn't bother if I had to do again.
We had the crab, very expensive and not much meat? Prawns over cooked. The rest was ok.

There are not many restaurants in Pasikudah, but the Inn on the Bay is definitely worth a visit and the best restaurant in the area. The staff is very friendly, everything is fresh prepared and the prices are very good.
Unfortunately, when we wanted to go there for the second time and we went in the morning to tell them we wanted the mixed seafood platter in the evening, they told us quite unfriendly that there weren't no prawns for the platter and they would have to exchange them with lobster and king prawns which would have made the platter very expensive so we decided not to go there again.

The food was amazing, the best sea-food I've ever had. Although we had an amazing meal, the staff knew we were from abroad, so he charged us extra, which I thought was uncalled for.

Wish they can turn off the loud music! It was really annoying. And their seats (coconut wood) are uncomfortable. So its better to sit on the beach.

Machang is a great place to get your booze on out there on the Pasikudah strip, with large space and a single strip of concrete tables on the side that was open to the sky.
Every day eating the very pricy and mediocre hotel food we decided to go and have diner at a local restaurant with our tourguide. He recommended this place and he was right. The food was awesome! Especially the cuttlefish and devilled chicken were to die for. We would really recommend this place.

This place stands for great food and delicious drinks. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They organize trips to nearly everywhere on the island. Roshan is a well expired guide and we decided to book to trips. We took one trip to Minneria National Park and saw hundreds of elephants. Our second trip took us to the highlands. We visited the ceylon fields, took a train ride across Adams Peak and spend a night at a tree house. The day after we visited Yala National Park and had the honour to see a leopard. Thank you guys for those amaizing experiences!
