We had eaten here a few years back and went back based on that experience and all the great reviews. A great meal, my wife had the meatloaf and I had the buttermilk chicken burger with Spicy pickles. Excellent meal finished off with cheesecake. Smaller restaurant and great atmosphere, with lots of craft beers. Excellent location on Main Street.

I ordered the half rack of ribs. Very expensive for what you get. They were cooked very well they were moist and fall apart good but the flavor just isn't there. I think a better rub would make the ribs a lot better. No brag just fact, my ribs are better than these. You have to have barbecue sauce with these to eat them. The mac and cheese is very good and their cornbread is really their signature! The cornbread is fantastic. I gave them three Stars because of the lack of flavor in the ribs and the price.

Sykes is a local trademark of the Kalispell area that was established in 1897! We're the home of the ten cent cup of coffee, and we make sure to say that loud and proud. Join us for a great atmosphere and some downhome cookin'.
This is a very busy restaurant. Recently attended a small group party; attendance about fifteen persons.
The waitress was very good as she handled the group by herself. The food was okay, nothing exceptional.
It is very popular with the seniors. There is a lot of nostalgia with regards the past owners which still resonates with some diners today. Especially the 5 cent coffee in the early AM.
Sundays are extremely busy; so if you visit that day, having patience is a good thing.
The new owners have increased the size of the dining area, and the noise decibel is higher, if someone in your party has an hearing problem, it could be an issue.
My suggestion is to try it and discern for yourself, based on your own conclusions.

I visited Bullmans because it was within walking distance of the Homewood Suites hotel. I was surprised at the various choices of pizza. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and wasn't disappointed. It was a thin crust pizza with lots of toppings. The waitress was very nice and recommended an excellent local beer. Dres was casual as most Montana establishments are. The food arrived nice and hot. I wasn't disappointed.

Heard a lot of good things about this place. The atmosphere is an experience in itself...sawdust floor; free unshelled peanuts...hence, peanut shells on the floor. Original vinyl on the seats, so they are quite worn, and carvings of names on the wood posts & trim from everyone who's ever graced their door... Really kind of fun. I wanted to like the food, I really did. But it was awful. I gave it three tries, all three times it was really bad. The pizza crust was tough, and the ingredients were almost non-existent. Flavor wasn't bad. Reuben wasn't a Reuben...they shouldn't call it that. It wasn't cheap, either. Sorry folks... but I won't be back.

Had dinner here with two friends mid-week in January. I ordered the 8 ounce Garlic Button Sirloin ($26.99) and loaded baked potato, both were really good. The starter salad was prepared ahead of time as it was pulled from the fridge, it was okay. We received good service from our server Chris.

We just love going to Dave's when we are shopping near the Big Box Stores or Costco. You can also walk to it from about 3 of the new Chain Hotels nearby. Its such a nice atmosphere inside and the service has been great lately. Pulled Pork sandwiches and their burgers always top our favorites list...but the menu deserves a good browse as it has a lot on it. Its normally busy but quiet. Brisket, burnt ends are mouth watering.
Check out their unusual sides too, corn muffins, mac and cheese, fully loaded baked potatoes after 5...their spicy bread and butter pickles are one of our favorites. Lunch specials are not as large and still quite satisfying without being too much, like some of the regular meals are. But you can take a box home for leftovers the next day.

We visited when they first opened.....and were not impressed at all. A lot of frozen food, just heated up or fried.
Stopped in late last night for a drink and decided to get the pretzels and cheese. Well, we just can't figure out how they're still in business. The pretzels and cheese were just bad, there isn't any other way to put it.
They couldn't make a simple Old Fashion.....my husband couldn't even drink it and I had to ask the server to take it off of the bill. She should have offered in my opinion but she did not.
Needless to say, we'll never go back. Twice was enough wasting money here.

Tucked away in a small strip mall, it's simple appearance doesn't match the top-notch food you'll find here. Beautifully prepared with ample and appropriate amounts of seasonings, the dishes here are delightful. Local rumor is that many local executive and line chefs go here when they want a great meal. The menu is adequate, but I'd love to see them expand it to include some more vegetarian options and fried rice dishes. The pho is as good as any I've had in metro areas, (where only the best pho eateries can survive among the many competitors) where stellar reputations are well-known. The Flathead Valley is lucky to have this shop, for finding good Asian cuisine here is challenging and this is a great one among a lot of mediocrity. I eat here often, but would probably set-up camp in the parking lot and eat here every day if they added some high-caliber fried rice dishes. Do yourself a favor and seek out this wonderful eatery.
