Familyfriendly Hotel with local alpine character. Restaurant, Spa, Pool 500m to the skiing area & 25 Minutes from Neuschwanstein
The check-in & -out was prepared and really fast. At the reception everybody was super friendly. We had 5 different rooms @ different rates. They've been clean but compared to other 4 * hotels they should be reworked. Parts of the rooms seemed new but there is still lots of room for improvement. Carpets on the floor, partly old furniture, super old windows, curtains not fully closing, heavy keys, thin walls. For all of us the beds were too soft. But this probably depends on each individual. The wellness area was nice. Nearly no kids and several saunas to relax. The Pool area is fully owned by the kids jumping in the pool. Unfortunately there's no possibility to swim. Also the whirlpool was occupied by lots of children jumping in and out. The hotel offers a small gym. The breakfast was good and the evening buffet was worth the money. Overall I can recommend the hotel for 2 or 3 nights.

I was so disappointed when I got there because the reviews I read were so good. The owners are really nice people and this might explain why people do not want to harm their business. Outstanding this place, you must be joking? However, I can let travellers be mislead. My experience is although the B&B is in the middle of nowhere parking is difficult. My room was dirty: lot of fluff under the bed, dust here and then; cleaning is kept to the minimum. Light gets in the room, so if you have trouble sleeping when it is not dark, you will struggle. Poor quality items are served at breakfast especially the cake served, shop bought of the poorest quality. Jungholz itself has no shop to buy bread or drinks or affordable places to eat. Unless you are prepared to drive 20 minutes or so to the nearest village, you need to fork out a bit for dinner. We did not know that and it added 500-600 to our budget for the stay.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Gute Tipps. Tolles Frühstück! Kühlschrank mit Getränken steht im Flur. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre! Gerne wieder.
