Reviewed By Travler432Nice place to stay. Room was clean & staff friendly & helpful. Good breakfast. A really nice Cracker Barrel restaurant is right next door & we had a good supper there. The only problem was our bathroom door didn’t work right; hinge were maybe out of alignment & you couldn’t close the door completely unless you wanted to take the chance you wouldn’t get it open. It was okay for my husband & me but I forgot to tell the front desk about it as we were traveling home & anxious to get back on the road in the morning.

Reviewed By 76sarahfThe room was super clean. The clerks at the counter were really friendly. The beds were very comfortable. This location definitely meets the Hampton standard. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was fresh and ready on time.

Chose this hotel based solely on price and our usual experience with Best Western plus our travel companions had some points to use. It worked out great. Super helpful and friendly check in; let us all park our bikes under the veranda; great room layout with good bed and all the amenities; full breakfast with eggs, meat, biscuits n' gravy, and many other offerings; close to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend to fellow travelers.

Reviewed By Melissa SEntire experience was great! Staff friendly, room clean, Starbucks "cafe" available in Lobby in morning, and we enjoyed the lounge spaces on the outdoor patio. We were in town for Kstate game, and pleasantly this ended up being worth the drive.

A lot of value for money!
Reviewed By Albert SWe stayed here with anorher couple, for 3 nights and booked 2 rooms. The value for money is fantastic. We paid 190 USD per room (price for 3 nights!) The rooms were clean and big enough for us. If you stay in the Junction city area and can do without a pool, gym, conference rooms etc....this is the place for you And the people who run the inn are extremely polite and friendly!

Reviewed By HalifaxerThe room was devoid of lamps! The only lights were very dim and attached to the wall by the bed and in back of the closet and television. I actually thought someone had stripped the room, so I had the on-duty manager come and look. She promised to get lamps, but nothing was done.

Poor customer service and inaccurate information
Reviewed By rtQ465PHTheir website states they are pet-friendly but front-desk flatly said no to my dog (who is less than 20lbs). When I asked about info on the website, they stated they didn't care they did not accept dogs. Would not stay here.

After meeting and chatting with the Hotel Manager, I learned she has over two decades of property management experience (WOAH!), and she recently took over (ironically, on the second day of my stay). Management transitions can be stressful for staff, and now I understand the tension on the first night. She addressed my concerns about the dark parking lot and informed me if I experience any issues with guests, to let her know immediately. Due to her experience with property management, I realized she takes a resident approach with her guests, and we are not just hotel "guests." In addition, the laundry facility on site is fantastic. There are stickers on machines informing you if you download an app, you can pay for laundry via android/apple pay, credit, and debit card. YOU DON'T NEED QUARTERS! The machines use Bluetooth to connect to your app very convenient for families.
