Inspired by the local street food culture, Amaya serves an excellent buffet breakfast as well as exciting Asian and international dishes throughout the day.
I had the most pleasant experience organising and celebrating my mom's 80th surprise birthday a week ago at the Amaya Food Gallery. Mr. Rajeev and team provided first-class service throughout.I had to plan this party a month ahead remotely with Mr. Rajeev via text messages. Not only did he and his team not disappoint, Mr. Rajeev went further to swap shifts with his colleague so that he could be there personally to meet and serve us. What dedication! Not to mention Chef Patrick's delectable spread. All our guests were raving about the food especially the satay. We also appreciate the special table arrangement, not forgetting the thoughtful inscription on the birthday cake! Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Amaya Food Gallery! The birthday girl was moved to tears and we all had a very memorable celebration there.Dear kmcoolpix1305Thank you for leaving a fantastic review of your recent visit to Amaya Food Gallery, especially with regard to our team members' service efficiency and our buffet spreads. I'll be sure to share your encouraging comments with Rajeev, Chef Patrick and rest of the team as they did such a great job ensuring that your families and friends dining experience at our restaurant remained a positive one.I look forward to welcoming you back here next time!Murthi Muniandy Manager - F&B Operations

The specialty of this restaurant is their paper wrapped chicken. Free range chicken cooked in Chinese herbs. Superb! Must eat.All the vegetable dishes are excellent - sweet potato leaves, golden mushrooms with vegetarian goose, tofu. Other delicious eats: fried squid, pork with fermented beancurd seasoning, stewed pork belly with yam.The price is also very reasonable. Best to go in a big group so you get to try more dishes.

My colleagues and I had previously had our dinner there and we decided to go again because we were reminded of how tasty the fish masala was especially coming from me who always avoid ordering fish except at fresh seafood restaurants. The paratha was to my liking too. So were the different types of naan... we had plain, cheese and garlic naan and they were all good. Generally, the food were good. We enjoyed our dinner. The tea masala though, could have been better. I've had better ones somewhere else. it was our great pleasure to serve you and we are looking forward to your return visit to our Restaurant. We would certainly appreciate any feedbacks or suggestion you can offer on the services and cuisine , as we continue to strive to offer the best possible experiences to all of our guest thank you for your valuable feedback.

Naughty Nuriâs is no more but Naughty Bali seem to be filling the shoes and the concept seem to be same. Pork focused dishes - Indonesian theme (where is the Bintang?). We went here for lunch and enjoyed Satay, ribs and Nasir goreng. All of it top notch. Service is good. Cool atmosphere and probably even better for dinner.

Went to join the q and waited for 30 minutes before we were seated. As there were only twp of us, we had to share the table with two others. To get your orders earlier, do not order extras. We found that out after we complained to the girl in charge of taking orders as to why we were still not served whereas those who were seated later had already been served. And to our surprise her answer was because we ordered extra vegetables. To enjoy the good food yet do not need to q just order take aways. While we were q ing up, we noticed that those who ordered take aways were immediately served and had their orders fulfilled in 10minutes. The curry fish head was awesome. Have a try and you would know why so many people visit the shop

Had a couple of breakfast here with my family while staying at the hotel and visiting JB.The variety of food was good there was a lot to choose from (Malaysian, Indian, Japanese, ...) and staff at the restaurant was very polite.I felt that the quality wasn't at the top notch but all in all very good place to have breakfast.Remember to arrive in good time if breakfast is ending at 10:30 it means that they are shutting the place down at that time...Dear Northerntraveller73,We are pleased to hear your words of encouragement and appreciation Thank you so much for taking a few moments to let us know your thought We may not be as large as other businesses but we are committed to our customers as our priority #1! After seeing the good reviews in TA, was surprised that the restaurant was not busy at all on a Saturday evening. I am going to give a review as it is. This place is a walking distance from KSL. The deco was nice and place clean with many parking lots around.Lobsters were out when we went, and we ordered a red snapper instead. We had to choose the soup base from Tomato soup, Mala, mushroom, corn, then add more ingredients to your liking. The fish was a little small but the squid, lala were all good. The soup was nice and can be refilled. The service was very good. Initially, we adults wanted to try this restaurant and kids were not keen. When the food came, the kids were more excited than us...they dug in till the last lala...and even when they've had their dinner! So I can conclude that this is a good choice for families. Price can be better though.
Pulau Lombok traditional cuisine. Special introduce our "Ayam Bakar Taliwang"-by charcoal & unique blend of hand picked spices from lombok. It's Fiery sensation will bring your taste buds to another world
As a lover of Indonesian food and having been to Lombok Island many times, I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was definitely authentic and had that special Indonesian taste. We had a ayam taliwang (this is very spicy ), ayam goring (delicious), kintang (French fries with a special taste), milo and blended cappuccino (best taste). Total price was 62.55 ringgit which is approx $22.75 aud. Service was excellent and very fast - unlike when I am in Indonesia - he he. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
