Johor Bahru is the second-largest city in Malaysia and, with the opening of two major amusement parks in 2012, it is poised to become a major tourist destination. TripAdvisor travelers also recommend visiting the Arulmigu Sri Rajakaliamman Glass Temple, a unique Hindu temple decorated with brilliant glass mosaics.

The hotel is located out of the way but still near if you have a car or by taxi. You may have a big problem finding food, as there very limited f&b around. Parking is free and there a, guard on duty at night. The room is great, clean, aircon is great. The noise from nearby pub and disco is terrible. It will disturb your zzzzzz. Overall is still a good hotel for the price.

I like the quaint design of the hotel and the lobby area. Good location considering it is accessible to eateries and cafés nearby. Room is clean and well equipped with basic amenities. Bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. One thing to note is, the showering area has no curtain, so the bathroom floor will get pretty wet after shower. Overall, a decent hotel with neat room. Had a good experience staying here.

Be pampered while you indulge your senses in our lavish Suites which includes a Spa Center. Fully equipped Suites in an excellent location, walking distance to Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and only 5 minutes to LEGOLAND!
Enjoyed my stay in this 1 bedroom no frills unit. It was clean and offered the basic necessities. I would recommend this to future visitors who are looking for a BnB unit. Waster filters could be provided in the unit along with Tea and Coffee Making facilities.

If you're looking for a 2D1N trip to eat, shop and shop, it may be worth your time to look at this hotel. Super basic btlut generally new and staff speaks english. There's a kitchen with warm water but rooms come without any toiletries except for the bath gel in a bottle. Corridors are brightly lit but walls are super thin so if you're a light sleeper, good luck. Overall I think it's fine for 1 night and within walking distance to Toppan Shopping Mall and Aeon Terbau.

I would have given it another star had the walls been thicker. The room was clean and decent. It’s good for a solo traveller to rest for a night or two. However the walls are thin. Hence I was rudely awaken when the phone in the neighbouring room rang at 3am! I have taken off another star because they charge RM20 per hour for early check-in. The check-in time was 2pm. My room was ready at 12noon but the receptionist insisted that I pay extra RM40 for the 2 hours. I find this ridiculous!

I booked this accommodation and 2 days before the departure, I was informed that I cannot stay there due to apartment defect. They offered to replace to stay at KSL with the same price (much further and got to take cab). But I can’t deposit my luggage after check out. In the end, I got to do last min booking into Amari hotel (excellent hotel) at a much higher price. To my horror, my Cousin who booked holi suasana had the same encounter yesterday when she booked it for this coming weekend for family trip. Same reason given and she got to do last min booking of other accommodation cos they offered a 5km away accommodation. I suspect that it’s a scam tactic to get consumers to pay more for a far distance accommodation they owned. Don’t fall into their trap!
