What a great time we had at the Blue Marlin. The band was great, the bartenders outstanding and the service made us feel welcome from the time we entered this Grand Canal hotspot! The pitcher of Long Island Tea was the hit of the night, and the food menu was great! The evening along the canal was really nice, and led to a great time for our party! Check out the Blue Marlin the next time you are in Wuxi!

Undercooked Burgers, Cold Food, Disaster.I am so very angry with this company AGAIN. Aside from the fact that our food was barely room temperature, our burgers were all uncooked/raw and still pink in the middle. Even the two waitress showed some concern and said they would re-do the whole lot. However, the same burgers were brought back (by a different waitress) and the chef had only half-attempted to cook only ONE of the sliders. In the meantime, the wrong drink was brought to the table - that also went back. There were also a lot of annoying flies everywhere that, again, is usually a sign of food kept in unhygienic conditions (but Iâm only speculating on that.)One of the uncooked sliders was enough to keep my wife up vomiting several times. Even my son refused to eat them.Wrong bill was brought to the table and we nearly ended-up paying for someone elseâs (more expensive) meal, had it not been for my observant wife who spotted a lot of food we didnât order.Blue Frog in Wuxi is a disaster area and should be shut-down pending a food hygiene investigation. The prices have increased since our last visit too.I do not know why we keep giving this abysmal company a chance. Every time we eat here (in several different cities,) our evening is always ruined. I will never trust this company again for its total disregard of food hygiene and the way it couldnât care less about its customers.
