Reviews on Korean food in Seogwipo, Jeju Island, South Korea. On the south side of Jeju Island, Seogwipo offers swanky hotels, rugged cliffs, popular beaches and gorgeous waterfalls. The volcanic-rock cliffs located around Jungmun beach are a wonder. Make sure to visit the viewing platform to take in the spectacular vistas. A coastal city, Seogwipo's many activities revolve around the ocean, including diving and submarine tours. Many of the restaurants specialize in fresh, local seafood. There's also much to see and do inland, including temples, art museums, amusement parks and botanical gardens.

Better than many Italian restaurants we had in Italy. Our meals were delicious, the ingredients are fresh and high quality. We enjoyed our stay here very much. You have an English menu (big plus!) and when my wife looked for vegetarian options, the chef himself came to assist us and offer to make any dish that will suit her taste. We highly recommend this place!

Back here to eat real good quality black pork unlike other resturants. Their kimchi stew was good for a cold weather in autumn. Highly recommended!

The noodle and broth soup was just okay, a little tasteless, almost like drinking pepper water. You have to wait awhile and the people working there doesn't seem to have the patience. Was suppose to try the noodles the day before but it was closed so I walked down a few blocks and try out other stores, in fact it taste better Jamae Guksu. You are better off any Guksu store around Jeju than this.

We, a couple, decided to have dinner at Sunny Garden after reading the positive Trip Advisor reviews. We ordered Korean beef platter at KRW90,000, beef tartare at KRW25,000, and cold noodle at KRW7,000. The beef platter came in a large portion. Although the meat was not as tender as Wagyu beef in Japan, it was full of flavours. The beef tartare, which was mixed with shredded Korean pear, was very delicious. The cold noodle served as cool-down on the taste buds after the grilled beef. The service was impeccable. The price was reasonable in view of the quality. Recommendable!I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed our service.I hope you had a lot of good memories from this trip in beautiful Jeju island. We always do our best to be best restaurant for you.Thank you very much.RepresentativeãJung-joonãKim

We ordered two bowls of pork bone soup. The result is two spicy beef soup. The communication didn't went well even with an English menu. Each portion costs 8k krw. There is a short queue but the turnover is fast. We waited less than 15mins. Parking is hard to find outside the restaurant. There are plenty of parking nearby, so u can park across the street and walk over.

The buffet really is top notch. The ingredients are fresh and everything is very well put together. They have a great assortment of salads, sushi, western, Chinese, and Korean foods. Nothing we tried was bad, the sashimi quality was some of the best I have had in Korea. They had a huge selection of deserts that were better than any other buffet deserts I have had. That being said the buffet was W105,000 per person and that included no drinks. You would think for that much they could throw is soda, tea, and coffee but those were W8,000 to W12,000 as well. While I think the buffet was amazing I don't quite think it was worth the money. I have had equally good buffet elsewhere at half the cost.

Knowing that this place is popular among the locals, we went there for an early dinner about 5pm and we didn't need to queue. The menu only has 4 dishes - porridge, hotstone rice, barbeque abalone and sliced raw abalone. We had the hotstone rice and barbeque abalone. Both tasted great. This is indeed a must eat in Jeju
