I recommend this restaurant for everyone! It's suitable for family, business meeting, socializing with friends! 1st time dine in Hakkasan Jakarta. Great menu choices, great quality of foods. Very helpful staff who are ready to assist and advise. Dim sums are stunning. Tea selection is great. Great prices. foods that i ordered starter :1. Crispy Duck Salad2. Supreme Dimsum Plattermaincourse :1. Grilled Chilean Seabass in Honey 2. Spicy prawn 3. Fried Soft Shell Crab 4.Truffle Duck Dessert :1. Chocolate Peanut 2. The first time I ate here, which can be found in the review immediately below this one, I had the buffet meal. On this occasion, I had the ala carte meal.The range of food Table8 has on the menu is large. The menu itself is quite thick. One thing that I noticed immediately in the menu in addition to the range of food available is the price. It is actually not too pricey for a restaurant that is located in a hotel.For appetizer we shared a Zongzi (Bakcang). This is a unique fusion bakcang because inside the bakcang is spicy rendang. Itâs a unique bakcang.I also shared in the restaurantâs rendition of Salted Fish Fried Rice which is just great. The main food that I had was the Flat Noodle with beef. Delicious not only because of the quality of the meat but because of the slight burned aftertaste of the flat noodle.Special mention must go to the service provided to the staff. The special âWine Aroundâ evening event at the Sugar and Spice restaurant featured the award winning Trapiche which is Argentinaâs largest wine producer. This was reason enough to acquaint myself with the new InterContinental hotel in Pondok Indah.The four wines featured were perfectly paired with exquisitely presented dishes. Two food items were especially prepared for me as I didnât want to eat the meat items offered. This was highly appreciated. The first course was introduced as âBoston lobster âBelle Vueâ with mango-sago salsa, and basil espumaâ. It was a work of art. The second offering was âLine-caught 'Catch of the day' with curried cauliflower mousseline, green asparagus and carrot butter. Can perfection be surpassed? And we had two more wonderful dishes to go.I can not recommend this restaurant more highly. The ambiance was elegant and the selection of international food on offer was enticingly displayed.The waiters without fault were attentive, helpful and polite. Mr. Oki Sudrajat was particularly informative and made us feel relaxed and at home.Thank you for that.
