First time at 61 Main in about four years and disappointed to discover that the only evening meal is the Monday Night Supper which is a two-course (entree and dessert) prix fixe menu. Same excellent quality but thought portion sizes somewhat small. Very quick service but almost to the point feeling rushed. For example, I finished my entree before my wife and my plate was removed and both desserts delivered. Still a great choice and wished it was open for dinner nightly.

mixed emotions here. I feel like the cakes are box cakes and not truly homemade... as with the cookies and other pastries.. Doughnuts stale... not soft and yummy like a krispy kreme.. They have to bring these in... I just think when you are a Bakery you should make everything from scratch... and its obvious this in NOT a made from scratch bakery.

Always stop here to get a cup of coffee and some fresh coffee beans on my way back to Murphy, NC. It is the about the same Starbucks you will find any place else in the world, except. When you live in Murphy, NC you have McDonald's as the coffee place so this Starbucks is like stopping in coffee heaven!

While driving through north Georgia we decided to stop for lunch. We check TripAdvisor and found this restaurant listed. The reviews were good so we decided to try it. The decor was interesting. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly.
Service was excellent and we could not have been happier. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone nearby. You will not be disappointed.

A drive through coffee shop dishing out smiles and delicious drinks to Jasper, Georgia. Coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, and more! Guaranteed to satisfy, if you get something you're not happy with we will replace for free!
Jasper is a smallish Ga. town in Pickens County, and it is where my husband and I most often do our errands, such as grocery shopping, and where we often like to get a small snack before heading home. In the past, if this snack was of the coffee shop variety, a Starbucks kiosk was the only choice, unless you like fast food coffee. We do not like fast food coffee at all,but a grocery store with 2 or 3 little tables has zero ambiance, and Starbucks is pretty "cookie cutter"- all made the same off same menu.
Now, however, there is another, superior choice. Carrington Coffee is fairly new to us, having opened about 2 months ago. It is tucked away in a 3 business strip, connected to other, larger, businesses through a parking lot. Fortunately, word of mouth and Facebook have gotten the word out hat this is worth finding, and the owner reports that business is good. This is a fairly small place and not fancy, but at least it is not a kiosk. The coffee, with up to six shots, if that is how you like it, is freshly ground and delicious.Smoothies and Chai are also available. At the moment, bagels and muffins are the only food items offered, but Brooke says that more may soon be offered. She and the employee on duty the day we went were friendly and very helpful in choosing what we would like.Although this location is not just off a major thoroughfare, if you are going into Jasper for something else,( it has a cute little Main St.and 3 large grocery stores, a Home Depot, etc.)or are passing by on Ga 515, it is definitely worth looking this place up.

Very prompt service, very good and quick fast food. Best strawberry shakes, bar none. Grilled sandwiches very tasty. Have no idea when it will be rebuilt

We visited here for the first time while in Jasper recently.
Popular among locals, one is greeted by the smell of fresh biscuits baking upon entering. They offer many ways to eat a biscuit. There is no dining area. Only benches in front and they have a covered area in parking lot with a few picnic tables as most people order to go.

We enjoyed our meal at Bub-Ba-Q. It was a nice evening, so we sat outside. My son and I both got the brisket and it was really moist and had a good flavor. My husband got a chopped pork sandwich and it there was enough meat for several sandwiches! Only complaint was that the service was a little slow and I would choose something other than the collard greens. They weren't terrible, but probably were canned. Overall though, we were pleased with everything and will be back!

Restaurant is decorated beautifully. It is very clean. Service is always good. We have tried several dishes on the menu, and everything has been delicious. We prefer this Chinese restaurant over several others in the area. Food is always fresh, good tasting and served hot. This is a great dining experience.

Chinese food can be very hit or miss and you never know if they will have your favorite items. This restaurant serves tasty food and has a very varied menu from different styles of Asian food. We prefer Cantonese so I had the Moo Goo Gai Pan and my husband had the Chicken Chow Mein. The service was excellent, the portions were ample, the food was hot and flavorful! Couldn't ask for more. We'll be back.
