Iâve been walked by this place so many times. I found it by chance. When I walked inside it was like a small hidden paradise. Beautiful decor, enchanting courtyard with romantic lighting. And the food was amazing. Every item we was tasty and well prepared. It will be on the top of my list. The beef fillet was entree. Must try.

The newly renovated Marriott Puerto Vallartaâs main restaurant, La Estancia, strives to set the highest standards in authentic Mexican cuisine. Drawing on pre-Hispanic, colonial and modern traditions, La Estancia menu reflects rich culinary heritage combi
We saved the last night of our trip for what we thought would be a wonderful Mexican dinner but we were very disappointed. The service was mediocre at best and the restaurant itself was very plain. I've had better Mexican meals in Tex-Mex restaurants in the US. An aspiring chef would have been embarrassed by the presentation, and the chef who produced it would certainly have gotten chopped. This certainly was not up to Marriott standards. We were really hoping for something much better on our last night in Puerto Vallarta.Dear vern C,Thank you for sharing your experience. Iâm sorry to know that your evening at our restaurant didnât meet your expectations, I will check with the team such area so we can improve and deliver better moments. We hope to gain your trusts again and offer you a better experience.Best regards,Fred Ruiz F&B Director Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa

The River Café is a landmark in Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy its cuisine and ambiance with infused flavors for breakfast, lunch or dinner, cared for the friendliest service. By day you'll see this natural setting surrounded by trees, iguanas and birds. At night
The River Cafe is on Isla Cuale with can be accessed from Old Town, Gringo Gulch, and the Malecon. It is a beautiful island. The cafe is open air and has tables along the river. Ask for the gazebo over the rifer itself. Very attentive staff and a nice selection of local fare. Dinner and drinks will likely set you back about $20 per person.
