I went 2 days in a row ( Monday and Tuesday) for breakfast but no one was there. There was no sign for the restaurant or any indication one existed. Moved closed or they just don't open by 9 am.Hi There.We are sorry for that inconvenient. We only open on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We have our schedule posted on our social networks, including TripAdvisor. All our physical advertisement is visible only when we are open. We will take your feedback to tell our customers the schedule we have in our location. If you are still around in Tequila this weekend, please visit us, we will be glad to attend you.

I loved the outside seating, ambiance and food. My two friends weren't crazy about their food but it they said it wasn't bad. Our waiter seemed a little rushed but was normally very quick at getting things we asked for. I loved how they prepared the salsa right in front of us. We ordered a non-spicy salsa and it ended up being too spicy for two of us to eat. Maybe we're just whimps though! Thanks for your comments Mr. /Mss !We really appreciate every single coment you've done about us! Underground, this place is cool in many ways. Great menu divided up by region of Mexico, everyone in our group loved their meals. I had the Aguachile which was very tasty. Hubby had Chicken Mole, also great. Service was pleasant, drinks tasty, atmosphere very unique.

Delicious fresh shrimp ceviche and guacamole, can't think how it could be better. The house special shrimp tequila sauce and shrimp was even better. Service was attentive and efficient and aimed to please. A Mariachi band came by, an absolute treat, beautifully sung canciones. Pretty ambiance. On our way out, we saw a load of what appeared to be freshly caught shrimp being delivered. Highly recommended.

Had dinner there on a Thursday night. Very few people having eating, place was dead.Service was bad, and food was very average. I should have read The Trip Advisors reviews, never again. Plus the Tequila selection sucked!!! Its listed as a top ten Tequila bar in the town of Tequila which is a joke, there are several others but this is not one of them. This restaurant is in a hotel which did look nice.Thank you for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. We regret this situation, which we will soon tarbajaremos and improve immediately.

After a few days at the perfect La Nueva Posada in Ajijic, we came up to Tequila for a few days before flying home.After the Cuervo Distillery Tour (La Rojena) we stopped into Cholula La Fonda for comida (lunch). Great place, terrific food. Great service. And of course, great hot sauce (Cholula)!Located right off the main square in Tequila, Cholula La Fonda is highly recommended.It is an honor to have attended you, we appreciate your kind visit and hope to see you soon back.
