The five-star hotel "Jannat Regency Jalal-Abad" is situated in the heart of Central Asia, in the most beautiful southern city of the Kyrgyz Republic - Jalal-Abad. It combines classical style and the latest technologies in its appearance, meeting all the requirements of a modern business person. My first experience with Jannat Hotel was great, very intelligent staff, clean room, delicious food and good SPA. Me and my wife were amazed by theview that we have from our window. Indeed we will visit again and recommend to everyone.

The best guest house in Toktogul! Guest house is situated in the city centre. It is very close to the main highway. 5 min from the main local bazaar, 5 min to the banks, organizations, central stadium, central park. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. We provide very delicious breakfast? dinner and lunch boxes. Hospitable? friendly and kind owners. Owner speaks fluent English, and can provide you with any information about Toktogul and Kyrgyzstan. Also the owner can organize for your nearby tours.
We really enjoyed our stay in Rahat guest house. It was very clean, welcoming and comfortable area. The garden was full of different flowers. The food was fantastic! Mars the owner was very positive and he really liked to talk with us. We chatted via Google translate and it was very interesting ?

Прекрасные впечатления от отдыха здесь! Чисто, спокойно и завтрак просто пальчики оближешь! Хозяева очень радушные! Мы останавливались с мужем на 2 дня во время путешествия по югу и обязательно приедем еще!

We are located in the center of the Toktogul (settlement of city type), in the Jalal-Abad region. Guest House is a quiet, private sector, which is a few steps from the central bazaar, bus station, and the central kindergarten. Our guest house is very close to the biggest reservoir in Central Asia, the Toktogul Reservoir (10 km). Spacious house of a local resident. The house consists of 5 rooms, not including the veranda and the corridor. The house can accommodate 9 guests, not including guide and driver. Simple rooms with comfortable beds, WC, shower. Excursions (day): We have excursions around Toktogul to the directions ^ Toktogul reservoir, a salt mine Shamshykal, gorge Chychkan, jailoo Tour-kayin. The price of the tours - is a pre-negotiated Shower and WC inside the house. There are board games: chess, checkers, backgammon, cards. Free internet Wi-Fi City telephone Laundry washer Full set of the kitchen (fridge)
Location: This guesthouse is located very central. Only 800m from the main road and marshrutka station to Jalalabad. Room: we stayed in the first room on the left. It was great! The bed was comfy and there was plenty of warm blankets to keep us warm. The decor is very old fashioned and stylish, with family pictures scattering the shelves and walls. Staff: Guka was a lovely host. She helped us plan our onward journey when we had a last minute chance get of plan. Her English is fantastic and she gave us a nice welcome late in the evening. Amenities: there is a kitchen available to use should you need hot water or a fridge to store food. Breakfast is provided too. The toilets are very clean and she can help you to organise a tour around Kyrgyzstan should you need it. I would highly recommend this guesthouse if you want to break up the 13 hour journey from Bishkek to Osh. We stopped here and didn't regret it!

Hotel Kok-Art is a small hotel in Jalal-Abad city (south of Kyrgyzstan). Hotel is situated in the renovated building 0f Ampire style, concructining in 1956. We are very happy to see in our hotel all guests arrived in Jalal-Abad.

While we found a few messes due to recent renovation, our experience was nothing like that of the previous negative reviews. Amazing hospitality! The owner waited for us for three hours so he could personally show us the route from the city to the guesthouse, and he volunteered as our guide for half a day of tracking. Internet was reliable. Food was excellent! He made what we requested, and everything was fresh. Great bread, jams, and honey especially! They gave plenty of privacy, but let our young children play with theirs. This is one of the best places ice stayed in over ten years of traveling in Central Asia.

It was a planned family trip with kids. We were 6 adults and 5 kids (age 3,5,7). We made booking 2 weeks before and owner of the house Rysbek was friendly by telephone. We arrived in the evening on May 9th 2019 and we almost had no contact with owner of the house. The next day we went to the lake and returned back around 4 pm and saw all the real attitude of the owner. - The shower didn’t work. The shower’s hose was broken. - We booked 2 twin rooms and 1 triple. Finally he wanted to take money for extra beds that were located in rooms but we didn’t use them. I was sleeping with my husband and 3 years old son on 1 big bed but Rysbek wanted to take money for 3 persons! Outrageous! - Local kids were like wild: when they saw new people they were standing like hungry and waiting that you should give them something. Then they took away our toys, came in to the guest house, and took fruits. It is ok no problem, we were glad to share fruits with them, but the owner of the guest house was all the time shouting at our kids when his own kids left garbage on stairs (banana peel). Absolutely not kids friendly place. Anyway if he didn’t like something in our kids he could tell this to us instead of shouting to small kids. - For evening owner of the house organized dinner and cooked the local dish called Dymlyama. During the night kids were feeling bad: nausea and vomiting. In the morning adults were feeling the same. Around 9 am there was no water and electricity in the house and tried to kick us out as soon as possible. Because new tourist should arrive. - No help, no hospitality. Absolutely not friendly owner of the house. I am shocked!
