Situated squarely between Memphis and Nashville on Tennessee's "Heart of the Music Highway," Jackson has been the birthplace of numerous notable musicians in the traditional Southern styles of rockabilly, blues and gospel. The famous names of Jackson include Carl Perkins, Sonny Boy Williamson, Big Maybell and Big Joe Turner. Time your visit right and you might catch the annual Shannon Street Blues Festival or the Rockabilly Festival, hosted by The International Rock-A-Billy Hall of Fame.

The only good thing I could say is it was a reasonably comfortable bed to sleep in. Very dirty. Morning coffee was good. Office person was nice. Would not stay in this motel again. In fact,, we stayed in two of them and the other wasn't any better.

We have full hot breakfast and also in all rooms have flat screen TV, refrigerator , microwave, full pillow top mattress , Hair dryer, one cup coffee maker, Iron and Iron board, Safe.
DO NOT STAY HERE if you are driving anything bigger than a pickup. U-Haul? Stay away. Penske? Stay away. Semi? Stay away. Even though it says they take trucks, they don't. You can't drive around the entire building, and the parking lot is too small to be able to turn around. I will not be back.

The brand new Motel 6 of Jackson, Tennessee is truly the hidden gem of hospitality. We offer non-smoking and smoking rooms with either a king bed or 2 queen beds for affordable prices. All of our rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, and we also have spacious Jacuzzi suites. This truly is the best balue in Jackson, Tennessee
The motel is behind the Casey Jones Motel and has free parking. I had a quick check in. The rooms (which have free wi-fi) have inside entries. My room had everything I needed except for a telephone with a dial tone. I did get a good night's sleep; but, of course, I did not get my requested wake up call. I checked out without any difficulty.

89 rooms, I-40 at Hwy 45 Bypass adjacent to Casey Jones Village. Rooms include coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board, high speed wireless Internet. Microwave and refrigerator in select rooms. Free hot breakfast including fresh waffles, 24 hour coffee service, fresh cookies every afternoon. Free passes to local gym. Seasonal outdoor pool. Two meeting rooms.
Ghastly experience. It was late I was tired, so I went with it. Front desk clerk was nice enough. Room 149, wow, just horrible. Musty moldy odor. AC did not cool. Room was disgusting. Loud music blaring outside my room at 6AM. I could not get out of there soon enough. Just as I was leaving I noticed my fitted bedsheet came up revealing the bedcover. Large nasty stains with what looked like blood and Lord knows what else. Flies in the room. I could go on. I would have been much better off sleeping in my car.

lack of response during check-in and check-out, no towels in room, stale cigarette smell in a non-smoking room, had to request coffee to be refilled and morning check-in provider was busy on his phone to accommodate request

All rooms equipped with coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Microwaves and refrigerators available. Interior corridor and drive-up rooms available. Casey Jones Village adjacent.
The lobby was gorgeous!!! When we got in the second floor it was a nightmare. Step off the elevator to heavy marijuana smoke. Loud music & television doors being slammed this went on until we left at 2 A.M. People talking loud. ( We arrived at 8 P.M.) We we’re supposed to have been in room 226 but was giving 216. As you can see from the pictures the room was filthy. An the front desk clerk was asleep & had to be awakened. Sad part was that others had complained & nothing was done. They want to charge people for smoking in a non smoking room ( you must sign an addendum stating if you smoke you will be charged a fee) but in one of my pictures there ashes behind the nightstands & incense burner in the AC unit.

On May 6th, I stayed at the Roadway Inn in Jackson, TN. When I arrived, they didn't have my room I booked (I booked via Hotels.com) - they told me the owner “oversold the hoteL”. They said they "found another room" for me, but the TV didn't work (that was the LEAST of what was wrong with the room). They put my family and I in room 333. The room was utter crap - disgusting, dirty, and in poor shape. That wasn't the worst part. It was full of rat feces. In the beds, under counters, on the bathroom floor, EVERYWHERE. Hotels.com has been unable to get a refund for me from them, even after putting me in a room full of rat crap! Photos attached of everywhere we found rat feces. We didn’t even stay the night, we immediately left and went down the road to the Red Roof Inn and stayed there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The worst part? They won’t issue a refund. They knowingly put my family in a rat feces infested hotel room, and didn’t care.
