Seferihisar district area borders on other İzmir districts of Urla to the west and Menderes (Cumaovası) to the east, and touches İzmir's western-most metropolitan district of Güzelbahçe in the north. Seferihisar town center is situated slightly inland at an altitude of 28 m and the urban area extends towards the sea as composed of eight quarters, with some distance among some, and one of which, the neighborhood called Sığacık stands somewhat separately from the rest at a distance of 5 km, and has its own port and made a name as a tourism resort by its own right. The wide area of the district center partly accounts for the high number of the population and an urbanization rate of only 51%, and the general impression observed is rather rural in some of its sections. We've been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting on fried sardines and still not getting anything because they've appearantly run out of gas to fry our fish :(
This is my favourite fish restaurant in Seferihisar. A family run business. As the town increased in popularity, the population to be fed increased eventually, so I would suggest to go in weekdays rather than Bayrams, and weekends. During the weekends, try to go early to avoid long waiting periods. Fishes were fresh as always. Red mullet and whiting were our fish selection.Red mullet is usually expensive, the larger the more ... was delicious.Large whiting was filletted, deep fried and very good. Kalamari was good, well marinated and deep fried. Ordering deep fried by weight is usually more cost effective than ordering portions/servings. Although good this time, I have had better kalamari in this restaurant before. Salads were very fresh, delicious and quite generous."Deniz borulcesi" is my favourite appetizer. Price depends on what you eat. You can check/bargain the price when you are ordering. We were invited so I don't know about was the bill this time. But it has always been in an acceptable range. The restaurant does not serve alcohol, as the others, in that specific area, this also keeps the price range moderate.

Mustafa was a very experienced fisherman and son of the owner. Barbun (red mullet) was very well fried. Salad was very tasty and healthy. Fully satisfactory.
Service was so good and all mezzes which we tasted were delicious. We tasted prawn with courget and was excellent. We tried lamb river as they suggested but it was a bit spicy for my taste. In general we had a great night, they were very attentive.

Had dinner here with my GF (Jun 2018) and without a doubt it was the best meal we've had in Sigacik so far. There are no English menus so it's a case of pointing at the display case and fortunately the hostess spoke very good English. The range of cold mezzes was impressive and we selected 3 that were delicious. We also tried the octopus grill and this is a must have - absolutely fabulous. For mains we both had the house fillet steak dish; mine was a little overdone for my taste but it was a good portion and came with an array of sides and sauces to make each mouthful a different and delicious combination of flavours and textures. Although they have a reasonable wine selection, they (like many places in this part of the world) chill all the red wine. It was OK once I convinced them not to put it in an ice bucket and it got closer to room temperature. As a final touch, the manager offered us a fruit plate desert on the house, which was a lovely touch and was also beautifully presented, fresh and colourful. If you're in town for a few days, I would highly recommend a visit here.

We have been here for our anniversary. I must admit that it was a pure disappointment for service. Our orders were not served for at least for four hours. At 23:00, we still had nothing to eat and at the end we had to cancel everything. And for that little we ate, the prices were outrageous.

At our Maya Bistro restaurant situated by the sea, your special breakfast is served with home-made stone oven bread and carefully selected fresh ingredients delivered from the farmerâs market. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay of SıÄacık whil
Ordered prawns hotpot nil garlic nil flavour. Ordered friend vegetable only potato. Artichoke nil flavour should had consisted of lemon juice. Only thing worth eating was the calamari and vegetable frittata. Quite expensive for Turkish standards for absolutely nothing but the sunset view. You could just sit by the rocks for free but I suppose this is why we have This platform.
