We stopped off for lunch and chose the tuna pizza with some chips. The place was busy and the serving staff worked very hard to accommodate all their customers. The pizza was huge and we were pleased we had chosen to share. The chips came about 10 minutes after the pizza. Overall the service was good and the servers polite. We didn't think it was over priced. Pizza, chips, large beer and an iced tea for 100 kuna.

Located in the heart of Veruda, one of the off-center parts of the city, this place is your usual pizza joint with a hint of "weirdness" embodied in some rather cool combinations like the brie and salmon one, the six cheese or tartufata. They also have a selection of salads and sweet pizzas. The interior is not much but the waiters are really cool, even when they have to work long holiday hours. The only drawback - during season you better walk to here because parking your car might be a problem.

We decided to have âamericanâ dinner and found this pub on tripadvisor. It has a stylish interior and a great terrace. The home-brewed beer and the ordered burgers were just excellent. The waiter was very friendy and fast and offered us conversation in our mother tongue German. The only downside is that the pub is situated right next to a much used street. If we come back to Pula one day we will definitely visite the pub again. Thank you! :)

Do not visit. I ordered the stake medium rare and when it came out it was so well done it was unbeatable. This was sent out and 35 minutes later they sent out a new one. At this time the wine had gone and my wife had finished. The bill came after I had finished, I ask if they could work on the price for the bad service, to be told if I did not pay the full price they would call the police. Not a place I will return too

Tappo is situated near the arena. It is a very nice venue with a contemporary design and seating inside and out. We sampled some local wine which was very good. The service was friendly and relaxed. A great place to stop for a drink, lunch or dinner.

Every year we are coming to this restaurant and always recommending to our friends because of its burgers and drinks options.But the last week was terrible disappointment. Firstly we have waited for 30 minutes and got our burgers and pizza almost cold. My bun was definitely too old.After complaining to the waitresses who was very unprofessional; she said âshe didnât cook but the chefâ and it must have been stayed to long before she found the time to bring it to us.!No apologies whatsoever!!!! When we asked for new dish, we had to wait another 30 minutes like we are the new customers and this time burgers were as they should be.Again no question from the waitress is it ok now and no apologies.Itâs to bad that after many years (since the opening) we have to find a new place to eat!

Went to this place since I was craving a burger and saw some good looking pics on tripadvisor. Ordered a vegeterian burger and basically just got hamburger bread with a bit of grilled vegetables and cheese, no burger. Wouldnât think it would be hard nowadays to find or make a vegeterian/vegan burger. It tasted so bad that I only took one bite, but I had to pay for the âburgerâ anyways.

Make sure you have a reservation to avoid disappointment. We had a lovely bottle of local white wine, followed by a selection of delicious brushetta. Unfortunately after three plates if brushetta we were too full to have anything else. Great service and a brilliant people watching spot.
