This is a family run business and we do our best to give the home made food feeling. We mainly cook A La Carte therefore the menu changes twice daily, depending on what is fresh during the day. For those that are in more of a rush there are the snacks and

The freshly squeezed orange juice here was great. We ordered salads, sandwiches and cakes to take away to eat in the hotel later on New Years Day as we wouldn't know what shops would be open. It was all made fresh to order, nicely packed and we were given cutlery too. Just what we were looking for. The only down side was that it was slightly pricey for what it was. In the end, we wouldn't have paid much more to eat a meal in the hotel instead.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first evening in Valetta at Cafe Jubilee. Homemade rabbit stew in red wine and steak and ale pie. Washed down with local rose and lager. Rounded up with exquisite Crepe Suzette. Thoroughly recommend away from run of the mill tourist restaurants. The evening was made special by the attentive service provided by Devendra from India. And the 60s music. Will definitely return back. Dear 27Kay,Thank you for your lovely comments. We are thrilled to know that you have enjoyed your first night so much at cafe Jubilee. especially with Devendra's service. we look forward to see you again.Yours,Anthony.

Only had a drink, but enjoyed the atmosphere and people watching in the busy streets. The card machine wasnât working properly, which seemed to be turned into something that was my fault.Resolved when I suggested trying it again inside the building which was fine, but too unnecessarily difficult to sort out. Thanks a lot Jonny,,,bye bye

We discovered this cafe halfway through our holiday, and once we had we ate breakfast there every day. It is very quirky and full of interesting pieces to look at. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast. The pastizzi were fabulous! So very fresh and tasty. The ftira are excellent, huge portions perfect to fill us up for a day of sight seeing. My partner had steak and eggs, I chose smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. We also recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice and great espresso.

Nice little bar with a food offering. Tucked away and room for no more than a dozer people, I stopped for a beer and could have quite easily sat here all day!Simple, great music and really chilled. The sign outside drew me in!

A little piece of Italy in the heart of Valletta, as we like to describe it. We offer light snacks like piadinas (home made italian flat bread), focaccias, superb Italian sandwiches, lovely salads and soups, all accompanied with exquisite Vergnano coffee.

Clean and freshly prepared food from quality ingredients. Service was amazing! What we had and highly recommend is the quinoa salad, chicken with vegetables and cous cous, a bean soup with truffel served with crackers with a bean paste on top of it. The bean paste is super tasty! Our dessert was typical maltese one: vanilla ice cream with dough filled with fig paste and all together indeed fits perfectly.

You know the food is good when the queue is out the shop and onto the street. It is worth standing in line and working out what you will have. This sassy salad bar has the best freshest salads, generous portions and well priced. I chose 4 salads; a vegan mexican rice and bean salad, a cummin and tumeric coleslaw, a quinoa salad, and one other. All delicious. I completely recommend this joint. The food is distinctive and nothing is deep fried!

Came with my wife after struggling to find something that fits quality prospective. We were hungry and we decided to eat as well. We had a combo of a sandwich plus soup and baked potatoes and we were AMAZED! Super friendly and professional service that you have to be proud about! The chef of the place apart from making wonders with his super nice recipes, we had the Bruna (amazingly tasty chutney) and the Flinders (super fresh ingredients and exceptional basil pesto), he also served as the food in the most polite way I ever encountered and believe me I donât have nice experience with the kitchen leaders. And about the beer selection? After 16 years in high level bar tending around Europe in which the last 4 years managing projects, this selection has to be considered as a state of art not only for the quantity, not only for the quality but also for the balance of the beer categories as well! If I could suggest some suggestions to this great selection would be a choice of lambic ale (I am sure if you had in the menu) and from my favorite brand (to øl) I would also recommend trying reparasjonsbayer as a gluten free option and Yeastus Christus as a farmhouse IPA. If we are going to ever come back in this island we will definitely visit again!KindlyGeorgios,Juerta!Thank you for your review georgiosk, it is much appreciated. We will checkout your recommendations and hope to see you again on another visit.BestDominic and Lena
