We met some relatives here for lunch All 4 of us had salads (I had the 1/2 Cranberry Black & Blue salad) and it was exceptional! Everyone raved about their food. The 1/2 salad was more than enough food -- no need to order the full.
We were very impressed and will eat here again if we are back in the area.

I think Cedar Crest ice cream is the worst & this is what they sell. We should have just walked out when I saw the brand but didn't want to be rude so wasted nearly $4 and didn't eat it all ...between two of us. Go to the other little drive thru place on the other end of town if you want good ice cream.

I love their bagels but especially their subs. Fresh made and delicious. I just can't get enough. I would eat their bagels every day if I could.

Edelweiss coffee shop, a drive-thru located about a block off US 2 in Iron Mountain has a wide range of drinks available. I enjoyed a Frozen Skinny Vanilla Latte while others in our car had coffee, water and latte's. Edelweiss is in a bigger and new location (from the last time we were here) a bit farther from US 2. Although there were ten cars waiting (five in each of two lines), our drinks were available in just a few minutes. Recommend it for a specialty drink or just a quick coffee.

I'm a huge cupcake fan and hands down the chocolate cupcakes are the BEST! Usually I prefer vanilla, but one chocolate cupcake hits the spot when craving something sweet. I've also had their wedding cake and it's also the best in town. Makes me want to get married all over again, just for the cake.

I am vegetarian and generally look for restaurants that also cater to vegetarians. They have a lot of selection and present the food very well. The food is delicious and the waitress was very nice and courteous. I will certainly visit again. And btw - not sure why it shows $$-$$$ sign. It is not expensive at all. Most combo dinners are from $9-$13 range and drinks are also inexpensive.

Decided to come here after going to a different restaurant in the area and being scared off by the rowdy bar crowd (it was a Saturday night). Quickly looked up restaurants in the area and decided on Solbergs based on reviews. Solbergs Greenleaf still had...MoreACarlson03, thank you very much for the review! We're glad to hear you had such a wonderful time, and we'd love to see you again!

I love pasties, and I have eaten them all over the UP, in Michigan's lower peninsula, in Montana, in Florida and even in Cornwall England! These are my 2nd best favorite -- my first favorite is Lehto's in St Ignace.
These pasties are very, very good with a good crust and a great filling, with lots of meat. What is not to like? Try these, you will like them!

I had been to this place three or four years ago and the restaurant itself changed little. The food is OK, but everything in this place makes you feel you are in a military school.
There are unfriendly notes posted on the entrance door (I don’t remember exactly what it was, but I noticed the tone), then the menu says people cannot share dishes and there are no substitutions. In other words, it seems like they are doing you a favor getting your money, which is not a good approach for someone in the service industry.
Have they ever thought about “substitutions may imply in extra charges” ? That way the guest can have what we want and they charge more… a win-win…. Overall Iron Mountain does not have many restaurant choices, but I would try someplace else before returning here. And like I said the food itself was OK.

Had one of the best pizza's ever this month at Supds Bistro. We ordered the supreme and was not disappointed! Full of flavor, and lots of toppings. Waitress was very good.
