Very good place in the historical downtown area of the city to try excellent coffee cocktails and spend free time in friendly atmosphere. Coffeeshop Irkutsk has home-made atmosphere and trendy design. I tried out also various cakes; they all had been fresh and tasty. Personal at the cafe was nice and attentive.

The first thing that makes this restaurand different from others is the chairs. They are "equipped" with some very soft pillos, which makes it very comfortable to sit. I only took non-alcoholic mojito and it was good. The people who I've been there with also took some beer and food and they liked it. The restaurant is located in the center of the city but it's very quite inside. I didn't see any flies or bees and didn't hear any cars.

Great for an informal fun meal. Extensive picture based menu with an English version available. We had salad, pizzas and a dessert, all ingredients were fresh and tasty, pizza thin crust and very good. Very helpful service with waiter practising his English on us. There are many good reviews in Russian for this place, for those who is not Russian and is planning to visit Irkutsk, do not leave this place out of your itinerary. The place is a very good place to try a large variety of Belgium beers. The service is goo, food is not bad and the prices..., well if you are from overseas the that would not bother you ;-)

The name is misleading as there is almost nothing on the menu that resembles Greman food. I order lamb kabob it was served dripping is grease and was nauseating to eat. The was good..the food terrible.

We went here for our final Russia meal What we had was very niceBaked Baikal fish with a cream and pine nuts sauceSalmon fishcakes, mash potatoes and saladDraft beer and a bottle lemonadeBut why oh why did the grilled vegetables we ordered not turn up until we had finished eating our main course!!?.Thank You for your feedback. It is super strange that it's number one... I think there is some scam behind this review thing. Or Maybe people just go there to drink but still it is strange because even the drinks where not good.We decided to tried our selves and eat and drink in here. Place is more expensive than other in Irkutsk.Cheese plate was good but mushroom soup was a joke. It didn't have any taste and no mushroom. My husband got kotlet and it was bad. No taste and he ended up not eating the dish. I had 4 cheese risotto and well it was just full on cheese. It wasent bad but I think maybe dish should taste also something else than just cheese.My husband got Tom Collins and clearly the waiter didn't know the drink..hmm it's quite popular. It was too strong. And I had a cocktail from the list. It was good ( I guess they can make it from the list, but in a cocktail bars they usually do excellent job outside of the list)Waiter was nice and polite. She just was little bit out. She didn't knew anything about the wines for example.I understand that this is easy place because of English menu. I would still go somewhere else and use translator.
