I come here occasionally and never had any issues. The food is always good and fresh. They have never messed up my order, unlike Mcdonalds. One of the better fast food places in Spencer.

Arby's has decided to carry a fish sandwhich. The real problem is that they've decided to fry it in the same oil as their potato cakes. Anyone with a SEAFOOD ALLERGY needs to be made aware of this because the Cross Contamination could KILL PEOPLE! It's a very dangerous situation! When I tried to talk to them about it, it was obvious no one cared to even listen. So my party went across the street to McDonald's where they have separate oil vats for these products to insure there's no cross contamination and everyone can safely eat. I won't darken the door of Arby's again.
You EXPECT less speed from A&W than say...McD's...but they were "on the ball". We had a pork tenderloin, double bacon cheeseburger, fries and two root beer floats. I'm not sure if I'd collected utensils and napkins and our order was up! Burger was thick and juicy, the tenderloin, (was probably frozen yesterday) was A-ok. Ahhh...A&W root beer floats. Our two "regular" sized floats would have satisfied the biggest appetite! Prices were reasonable too. The restaurant itself? It has seen better days...but go someplace a bit fancier if ambience is what you seek. I'll come there again if I can!

The service was really slow, and the place wasnât busy. The server was not very knowledgeable about the menu. The apple sauce meatloaf was unique and tasty , but the sides were below average. I should have known better than ordering the pie. It was made there, according to the server. The pie wasnât bad, just nothing special.

I went here with family and 3 of us ordered the coconut chicken appetizers--something like chicken strips but really different. They had had them before but I had not. I do not like coconut but decided to give them a try since they were raving about them. We had driven an hour and a half to eat at this place. They were scrumptious!! Did not taste like coconut at all--thank goodness. They reminded me of french toast sticks only a little larger. The chicken seemed really good quality and was not like the generic chicken strips that all the restaurants serve. I definitely will be back even though we live a long ways. These are actually appetizers but big enough for a meal. we had a salad with them but that was really a lot to eat.

Broasted chicken dinner was good (chicken was a little chewy) with salad, baked potato and roll for less than $10. Server was attentive. The downside is bearded cooks (without masks or nets which explained what looked to be a whisker in the food), very tired facility and bathroom that was grungy.

Sticky tables and filthy carpet. Delicious burgers/fries. Good service. Popular with locals. If ambiance is not important, it works. For us, one and done,

I enjoyed a very good prime and moderately priced dinner at The Prime Rib. I have spend a lot more at some big name restaurants that did not surpass the quality of this restaurantâs name sake fair.If I pass this way again Iâll make a point of a return visit.
